Relaxed, laid back sea front restaurant with imaginative lunch size portions....Always a daily special plus pizzas, Mexican food, club sandwiches and interesting salads.
Daiquiris and beers enjoyed on the beach in the warm Caribbean sunshine - heaven...

We came here for lunch on an island tour. While not as fancy as Four Seasons, it's a very pretty spot, both the restaurant and view of the ocean. This is the Atlantic side, but the day we came it wasn't very windy.

I had a salmon 'cake' that they converted to a burger at my request and it was very good. They also have comfy lounge sofas on a deck that you can sit on and see the ocean. Herbert's beach is also walkable from here.

The one downside is that non-guests cannot use the beach chairs with umbrellas, even if you get lunch. They have lower quality shade-less chairs on the opposite side of the beach for non-guests, but I wanted shade. I was able to snag a hammock without being hassled but this made the visit shorter than it otherwise would have been. The beach here had more seaweed than Hamilton's or Pinney's, but there is a calm lagoon area surrounded by rocks that was good for swimming (near the hammock to the left of the restaurant when you are facing the ocean).

The hostess was friendly while the wait staff not as much. I was also shocked at how different Nisbet's grounds looked vs the internet photos. The lush long green lawn leading to the 'great house' was brownish and the great house was rather plain looking in person.

Enjoyed the sense of closeness to the pristine beach, the good quality food and hugely positive customer service.
The only downside is the wind can be strong, but not enough to stop us returning!

We visited this restaurant and the view is beautiful I had conch fritters which were good and my husband had a fish sandwich which he described as OK. The wait staff was efficient.

This lovely Caribbean “Old Style”Hotel has a Ocean Front Beach Bar which serves lunch. Glendina was our waitress and she was professional, funny, and very informative. We had the coconut shrimp, mixed bean soup (both excellent), special of grilled red snapper salad, chicken curried roti wrap, (both very good) and ended with pecan brownie (yum!)with caramel ice cream, and coconut pie with pistachio ice cream(delicious). The Ocean breezes and view added to our very pleasurable afternoon.
