We decided to try this restaurant knowing it will be expensive. But we were still hoping the taste would compensate for the price. I was happy with the flavor of my meat choice and side order but the portions were too small. One good point was that our waitress was very good. Her level of service made me feel better about the whole experience.

Not the same as its brother restaurant but the food was GREAT and the service was excellent. With their well stock bar and optional out door seating arrangement, even if you are not that big on eating, you can just sit in comfort and have a drink or two.

Khalid Mohammed has done it again! Chaud Creole is the only restaurant in Trinidad offering fine dining local cuisine. Humble items are dressed up and showcased. Curries, stews, and 'creole' dishes are featured. Flavours are distinct. This is not your mother's stewed chicken, Chaud Creole's has rum in it, pork stew has no fat, and curry powder is blended in house.
Sunday brunch is great value at $300 TT per person, where you can usually have local Indian street food prepared live. There is also live entertainment at brunch, where you can hear Orange Sky's Nigel Rojas on guitar.
Leave room for the local sweets as well. These are also superb.
Service is always attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.

Chaud Creole's Sunday buffet is excellent - both in terms of variety and value for money. There is almost every style of Trinidadian food and the desserts are out of this world.
