“Best place to stay”

This is a beautiful resort that is kept meticulously clean. The resort is safe and quiet even when fully booked. It is a short walk or golf cart ride provided by the resort to the most beautiful beach in the world with chairs, umbrella's, and water provided by resort. The Atrium is very affordable compared to the resorts directly on the beach. The units are very well maintained and kept very clean. You will not regret staying here.

“Excellent Value”

The condo is exactly as advertised, modern and spotless with plenty of space if you're a couple. The balcony is huge and has a view of the pool which is nicely lit at night.
The Atrium is on Leeward Beach with less people and more beautiful water than the resort area of Grace Bay. Having said that, it's a small island so you can actually walk to the busier (it's never really busy) area. We rented a car (a must!) and bought some groceries, but after seeing the grocery prices we kept going out instead. I have to disagree with many reviewers and say that it's cheaper and nicer to go out and try the local restaurants than cooking in the condo.
It also adds a lot to the experience- we tried Mango Reef, Kalooki's, Da Conch Shack, Island Conch Bar and Grill, Caicos Bakery, Salt Bar and Grill, Las Brisas, Patty Place- loved and enjoyed all.

Reviewed April 7, 2015 for a stay in March 2015

Nice area, beach chair and umbrella are available on the beach for the atrium guest from 10am to 16pm.

Watch out for the bumps on the road :)

Preferable to rent a car!

“Magnificent”

True to its word, the Atrium is stunning. From the travertine tiles to the full stainless steel applianced and granite kitchen and the massive full bath, the workmanship and attention to detail (think deep mouldings) are impressive. Now add an enormous heated pool that's never busy, the nicest and least busiest stretch of beach on Grace Bay, and the cheapest 6 pack of Coronas on the island from the cafe...need I say more? It's also very quiet! Things to consider: it is a 10 min. walk, 2 min ride to the beach ; if you stay for more than a few days, rent a car, it's quiet for a reason, as in it's away from the busy hotel, shopping, restaurant strip. ; food is expensive, you can save a bundle by eating in (there is a well stocked grocery store a 5 min. drive away) ; monthly rates are a better bargain than weekly ; housekeeping is available at $40 per service. Oh, and the ocean is breathtakingly brilliant turquoise and 26C. Simply amazing!!!

“Secret”
Reviewed March 17, 2015 for a stay in December 2014

Ok, I hope it's still a secret. But we absolutely loved this place. Rent a car, driving on the left is easier than u think, speed limit is 40. The Atrium is quiet. Clean . The pool is huge. The apartment is spotless . Robert was easy to deal with and we can't wait to go back.

“Really clean with all the amenities of home plus more”

So the atrium is out of the main action a bite but I would recommend a car on the island anyway so with that being said, it is only a five minute drive to the centre of the little town. The pool is really nice but the beach is even more beautiful. Lots of friendly staff and security, it was a really comfortable place to stay. You can do the two minute drive to the beach with your own car (there is parking) or jump on the golf cart for a ride to and from the beach, if the golf cart is at the beach then you just ask someone to radio him to come get you, pretty easy and laid back. We really enjoyed being able to make our meals in the condo and eating on the deck and just going out when we felt like it. The price of these condos was probably the most reasonable on the island for the amenities that were included. We came down to visit all the beaches and I think it is a real shame if you come and only just sit at grace bay the whole time, if you are going to do that then just go to cancun. TCI is now one of our favourite places to visit; so much more to do and see then Aruba but very similar in many ways.

“Perfect Getaway”
Reviewed February 12, 2014 for a stay in February 2014

The one-bedroom unit we stayed in was very nice. The living area was open and bright. Loved the bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower! The bedroom was a little tight and dark, but overall very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The pool was fantastic and quiet. The beach was absolutely beautiful, which we walked every morning for an hour. The Ocean Club restaurants and The Somewhere Cafe had great reasonably priced food. We had a fabulous bottle of wine at Somewhere for $20, which is offered on Thursday evenings. Food and liquor prices are quite shocking at the markets, but that's the price you pay to stay in Paradise. Hope to go back again.
