We just returned from a lovely stay at Windsong. The resort was clean and well managed. The service was exceptional. Our beach attendants - Jeff and Sisco - took exceptional care of us. They made sure we had everything we needed. RJ kept the pina coladas coming. All around it was great and I would recommend staying at Windsong.

The only thing keeping this review at 4 stars and not 5 is the restaurant. It isn't anything special and we sought dinner elsewhere.

Thank you for your descriptive words "beautiful" and "lovely", and for specifically mentioning that our "service was exceptional." We'll pass along your compliments to our beach team, and bartenders who introduced you to Windsong's renowned pina colada!
Please do come back to visit Windsong on your next trip to Turks and Caicos.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. The staff is really nice, food is good, and good location (next to the coral reef and Somewhere cafe, also walking distance to the Thursday Fish Fry). We snorkled, did paddle boarding, and relaxed under the cabanas on the beach. We had breakfast overlooking the beach every morning, which was relaxing too. Highly recommend this resort and would come back again.

We spent an incredible 6 days and 5 nights at the Windsong Resort from January 5th-10th. Every aspect of our stay was unforgettable. The staff was absolutely amazing and helped us with anything and everything we asked.

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with Windsong. We were greeted with complimentary rum punch, then immediately given a tour of everything the resort offered. While on the tour the staff actually took our bags up to our room. We were in contact with Windsong prior to our arrival and sent them a list of where we wanted to dine while we were there and they arranged all of our dinners for us and gave us an itinerary when we arrived. We also were able to send them a grocery list and were welcomed to a stocked kitchen, at an extra cost of course, but it was wonderful to have everything taken care of!

We stayed in a one bedroom ocean front suite on the third floor and the view took our breath away. The room was unbelievable; the pictures really don’t do it justice! Every room was large and luxurious. The master bedroom had a fantastic view and a large door you could open up to the balcony with a sitting area, there was a large walk in closet with robes and slippers, and the bed was very comfortable. The master bathroom had an amazing shower with dual shower heads, and a great double sink area with plenty of storage space. There was a half bath right next to the kitchen which was very convenient!

The kitchen and living room was open concept which allowed a breathtaking view no matter where you were. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We didn’t prepare any meals while we were there because we wanted to enjoy the local restaurants, but if you wanted to cook it was prepared. The balcony was probably our favorite part of our time there! We had coffee and breakfast every morning at the table and at night we would open up the living room sliding glass doors and have cocktails while enjoying the sight and sound of the Caribbean.

This place was perfect and we will stay here when we return.

We couldn't be happier with the level of detail you included in your review; thank you! How could future guests not want to read on when you start your summary with "Every aspect of our stay was unforgettable." Perhaps it is your mention of the little things we did for you -- both in advance of your stay and during your stay -- that we appreciate most. The thoughtful design of the luxury suites and the proximity of them to the ocean enable the views you raved about. In fact, you stated it so well when you wrote "the kitchen and living room was an open concept which allowed a breathtaking view no matter where you were." Paradise at Windsong is ready for your return when you are.

This is an amazing resort! LOVED our visit. We had a garden view room but the air conditioner broke down and we were given an free upgrade. Adam was our butler and he was so accommodating and helpful. Beautiful travertine tile throughout - breakfast at the tables on the dune each morning. Lots of options for breakfast included and you could pick three. More than enough to fill us up each morning. Darren was out beach attendant! Again he was so accommodating and a lot of fun! We had fun chatting about his favorite wrestler from Canada. We would definitely choose the Windsong when we return to TCI.

Those words "Exceeded our expectations" are music to our ears! In the hospitality industry, that is what we strive for. Thank you for your many compliments, especially for mentioning our butler service, luxury finishes like travertine marble, and your happiness enjoying our complimentary continental breakfast each morning at our Dune dining setting overlooking Grace Bay. Your table is waiting for you so hurry back soon!

15-20 minutes from the airport. When we arrived, the excellent service started immediately. The entire staff who helped us all weekend (Sisco, Randy, Rose, Jeff, Raynardo, Max, and more!) were really great at making us feel comfortable, relaxed, and that all our needs were met. Nice room, nice hotel overall. Adequate pool and hot tub. The true star is the beach, and no other hotel that we saw was as close to it. Also, the hotel is right on a coral reef. We saw turtles, rays, skates, parrot fish, barracuda, snapper and more! Wonderful experience snorkeling - which the hotel has all the gear; plus paddle boards and kayaks, and other fun water sport stuff. BOGO happy hour daily from 5pm-7pm. Breakfast was solid, and for lunch/dinner - we went elsewhere. Again - staff and grounds were excellent. Safe, comfortable, beautiful, friendly and totally relaxed are the words I'd use to describe this hotel and this trip.

Room tip: Studio room is solid since we only used it to sleep and shower. Doesn't matter where it's facing, as everything was pretty chill at night.

Well, your review mananged to be both thorough and succinct. Thank you for your accolades and specific mentions of staff who assisted you during your stay. Most of all, we love this reference, "The true star is the beach, and no other hotel that we saw was as close to it." Well stated and so nice for you to notice! It also makes us very happy that you shared with future visitors all of the marine life you saw swimming over the coral reef right in front of Windsong including turtles, rays, parrot fish, barracuda, and snapper. Your enthusiasm for your snorkeling experiences at Windsong and your delight of our collection of water toys is very gratifying to hear. On behalf of the Windsong staff and your "underwater neighbors," come on back!
