If you like privacy, try this bed and breakfast - Villa Greenleaf in St. Croix. Excellent accommodations, food, clean, and very, very scenic. On top of a hill overlooking the blue Caribbean. Clean, comfortable, homey - help yourself to coffee in the dining room, enjoy the comfort of the "living room" or go out and sit by the pool and just relax. Beautiful grounds and Erica, is the hostess with the mostess. Cooking is one of her passions, so you know you will have a wonderful breakfast. I highly recommend this one.

This was my first trip to the island of St. Croix and my first time staying at Villa Greenleaf. What a wonderful experience. We visited Villa Greeleaf June 5th- 11th. From the moment Erica meet us as the airport to the time she dropped us off, we a great vacation. Villa Greeleaf is quiet and quaint with one of the most beautiful views on the island. Each day breakfast was delightful. Erica always served fresh fruit and many savory combinations. The days were filled with sunny, lazy, beach days and carribean dinners each evening. Erica makes the best recommendations for dining on the island, and I highly recommend that you take her advise. On the request of my children, we were treated to a massage on our veranda arranged by Erica. Erica also prepared a sumptious meal that we enjoyed on our terrace after our massage. I can not say enough great things about Villa Greeleaf and the staff. I would definately return to visit St. Croix and Villa Greeleaf. .

My wife and I stayed at Villa Greenleaf from 27th December 2008 - 3rd January 2009.
Villa Greenleaf is a real gem of a place- great place, excellent staff, beautiful, well kept grounds with stunning views of the sea.
Erica is a fantastic hostess, she met us at the airport which made us feel very welcome the moment we landed and continued to do so the whole time we were at Villa Greenleaf.

Our room was gorgeous, very clean and really bright and airy, with fantastic views over the Caribbean sea. The room consisted of a huge four poster bed, two arm chairs flat screen TV with a lot of channels not that we watched it. For those like ourselves who can’t travel light there was a huge wardrobe and plenty of draws too. The bathroom was large with a double shower. The room also had a fridge and a safe. It had a covered area similar to a sun room with netted sides, where there were two day beds and lighting for the evening, we also had a sun terrace above our sun room which was great to get our tan! Villa Greenleaf has a huge pool and also a lush hot tub.

Erica every night would bring a different pre dinner appetiser and drink, along with “idiot proof” directions to our restaurant that night and directions back to the hotel.
Driving on St. Croix was a “Piece of cake”- take it slow and easy, unless you decide to go off road and in which case we would recommend doing a tan-tan tour, a 4x4 jeep open back and can take up to four people off road through the forests, to the tide pools which are great- we do not recommended you walk to you may never find them!!! the tour we did included the forest the tide pools ( dont forget your swim stuff and good foot wear). and the beer drinking pig! (alcohol free beer of course) lasts about 4 hours but is over in a flash.
Big beard’s is a great sailing trip to Buck Island, to snorkel the reef.
Jet skiing is a great way to see a different aspect of the island and great fun too.
However, we did a self drive of the Island on our first day with help from Erica and the map which highlighted places to stop- we still managed to take a wrong turn but very quickly found our way.
Erica did a fantastic job with places to eat and we were not let down at all.
All the places were superb there are even sample menus at Villa Greenleaf to whet your appetite at breakfast, that is ‘til Erica brings you breakfast- it was different each day and really quite something yummy! It sets you up for the day whatever you plan on doing.
We really can’t wait to come back to Villa Greenleaf. A HUGE THANK YOU to Erica for making our honeymoon so special and a great memory forever.

Villa Greenleaf is a true paradise.
We were pleasantly greeted at the airport by Erica and took a short ride to the Villa. She showed us around the property explained every nook and crannie. Our car rental was literally delivered us by Judi of St Croix...which was fabulous! :-)
Every evening we had a fabulous spred of tastey treats and drinks and the most fun, conversation. Erica sat with us and other fellow guests and we talked until we all went to dinner. She recommended the most fabulous places to eat and then gave us printed directions!!!!
Every morning we came to breakfast which was the best we've EVER had at a B&B.
Villa Greenleaf is a quintenscential New England Bed and Breakfast with a Carribean twist. So incredibly personable, professional and completely relaxing.
Erica is fabulous!!!
REAL Pampering at it's best

This is our second trip to St. Croix and our second stay at Villa Greenleaf. It is just as we remembered. Erica's smiling face met us at the airport and whisked us away to Villa Greenleaf. We enjoyed cocktails and appetizers with Erica as she shared with us the new resturants on the island that we might want to explore on this visit. From the first breakfast to the last, we can not say enough about the wonderful meals that Erica served up. The fresh blueberry pancakes, crabs egg benedict, frittata, and french toast were all so wonderful. The new rooftop decks made a very romantic setting for enjoying the sunset. Lounging by the pool after a long day exploring the island was a refreshing way to begin the evening of cocktails and hors d'evours followed by a wonderful meal in Christianstead. Erica also makes fun cocktails with her own flair. The fruity drinks are just what you need after a long day in the sun. When fresh mango's are in season, she plucks them right from the tree for Mango Smoothies - yummy!

Erica makes every effort to accomodate your every request. Her directions make finding any resturant so simple. One evening we simply wanted to have a fun dinner and Erica sent us to "The Pickled Greek" and oh what fun we had. Many of our other favorites include Bacchus, ISalud, Savant, Tuttu Benne, Dashini, The Turtle Deli, Off the Wall, Miss Norma's, and of course our new fun place to stop in "The Pickled Greek".

We can not wait to go back to St. Croix and when we do, we will stay at the Villa Greeleaf. We have stayed many places, but the service received by Erica and the accomodations at Villa Greeleaf keep us coming back for more.
