First off, I feel awful for taking this long to write a review... My husband and I stayed at Eden by the Sea for our honeymoon last June. This place was better than we could have ever imagined (nicer than our condo back home!). The view on the balconies are unforgettable. The owners of Eden by the Sea are very friendly and helpful. There is a book full of recommendations from them and a guest book as well. I felt like I was at a home away from home! I would recommend staying here to anyone!!! I dream of the day that we can come back.

We’re so thankful for our time in St. Croix. My husband and I went with another couple for eight days. Eden by the Sea was a wonderful home base for our trip.

Even though it required a little bit of driving to get to the further points on the island, we loved being on the east end. It felt out of the way and relaxed. The condo was set up perfectly for us – two bedrooms (each with full baths) at opposite ends of the hallway, which gave us a feeling of privacy; a fully-equipped kitchen which allowed us to enjoy preparing several meals at “home;” a wonderful washer/dryer, which we used several times to wash the beach towels (provided) and clothes from our many excursions on the island; a very nice TV with DVD’s (beach-themed, of course); and snorkels and fins which we loved being able to use at the beach down the road. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient when we wanted to use it. Being a bird watcher, I was thrilled to find a set of binoculars, along with a bird guide. I loved having my coffee out on the balcony every morning with binoculars and book in hand! Speaking of the balcony (“gallery”), the view was beautiful!

The condo complex has a very nice outdoor pool – you have to walk down a long set of stairs to get to it, but I didn’t mind. The pool was clean and attractive.

One of the aspects of our visit that stood out was the care and preparation given by our hosts. It seems like they thought of everything that we would need or want to make our time comfortable and enjoyable. The binder with tips regarding restaurants and activities was so helpful! There was such a personal touch given to everything. If we ever take another trip to St. Croix, we will definitely schedule our stay with Eden by the Sea – St. Croix.

This was our first trip to St. Croix and Eden By the Sea was like home away from home. We chose to vacation with another couple and the way the condo is laid out gave privacy to each of us as needed. We each had our own bedroom with it's own bathroom. The condo is very comfortable with many extras such as a washer dryer, DVD's, books, games and a fully stocked kitchen.

The room furnishings are very bright and cheery. It truly reflects the paradise that awaits you just outside the door. Each day was a new adventure as we explored the island. Thank you, Julie, for the excellent notebook you prepared with wonderful suggestions and tips to enjoy the island.

The views from the balconies are breathtaking. It was wonderful to see and hear the ocean as we relaxed on the balconies.

The island has a much slower paced life which helped us to decompress from our busy lives. We also enjoyed some delicious Caribbean food at local restaurants such as Turtle Deli. The sandwiches were amazing and the bread was handmade on location.

Kevin & Julie are wonderful hosts who have provided for your every need to insure you have a memorable vacation.

This is a vacation we will look fondly back upon for many years.

The atmosphere was so relaxed & the island was not commercialized as others are. The view was breathtaking and the condo community was very delightful to greet each morning. We can't say enough good things about this condo and hopefully will be able to return in the future.

The condo had two very comfy bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. there's kitchen and laundry facilities, so you can stay in for a meal if you want.
It's on the east end at Coakley Bay and has super ocean and Buck Island views. The grounds include a pool that was excellently maintained and uncrowded. There's even a quality Italian Restaurant on the premises.
We found it very easy to get to Christiansted, Fredriksted, Salt River, Cane Beach and other places for our various daily excursions while on vacation. Both thumbs up!

if you are looking for a carefree,roomy, home away from home on a beautiful tropical island:Eden by the sea is your place.not only does it have a beautiful view of buck island,but you have complete kitchen to make food while you stare out at the view.and when i say complete,i mean right down to the seasonings.it is located close enough to the eastern most point of the US that i could wake up at 5:45 am and catch the awesome sunrise.and if you like resort dining and food, some of the best places are minutes away.i highly recommend getting a hot breakfast at seaside market to save time.once i found that place,i got breakfast there every day. i never paid over $4 dollars.and this is where the locals line up. fastest way to eat and no dishes to clean. caribbean sailing adventure for snorkling at buck island .angry nates for good food and live music on thursday. chicken shack for great chicken.off the wall to watch the sunset and good pizza.fredricksted pier for jumping with the local kids and great snorkling.when ship is in,check out the market there for good deals.i could go on and on
but Eden by the sea is the place you can go back to unwind after all the days events.and everything is there.including beach towels.and 1 very important thing also.it is on a main road so its easy to find at night.and rent a car to explore everywhere.i personally put on 900 miles in 2 weeks.can you imagine what i saw.but thats a book in the making.enjoy this place
