Public Beach,we drove there.Amazing pelicans fishing close to the beach. Snorkeling from the beach was good and the ladies in the dive shop were very helpful.I learnt about the trip to Buck Island to see turtles and sort of kept it in the back of my mind.On Friday got there just as the boat was leaving and they came back for me.I was so happy.Saw 3 big turtles and fish.Fruit and pretzels were offered and water.Cheaper than same trip from Ritz Carlton $70,we'll worth it.

It isn't very easy to find but once you find it you won't leave. Not a very big beach but good sand and decent snorkeling. Definitely a beach for relaxing away from the crowds.

Our family has been coming to st thomas for years and always make time during iur visits to stop off and spend a day here. Find a nice shady tree to drop your stuff off underneath and enjoy swimming and laying out all day. Angel fish will come up to snorkelers looking to be fed which if you have the right food to bring is pretty cool to watch them. Snorkeling is good otherwise, not amazing but there are some fun things to see.
