Lovely beachfront room, but get rid of the floating cabanas!

Have those white floating cabanas relocated from in front of the hotel! They do not belong to the hotel, and with no "For Rent" signs, having to hear "Get off the cabana!!" yelled from a bullhorn on the beach throughout the day hardly makes for a relaxing vacation!
With only one restaurant onsite for lunch and dinner, unless paid for taxi rides our only choice was to spend about $150/day on food for the two of us, which then exceeds the price of all-inclusive resorts elsewhere, where non-motorized water sports are also included and there are no bullhorns.
However, we appreciated Paul at the Caribbean Fusion, as he is very courteous, friendly and entertaining. And the beach front room is wonderful, for which other resorts charge hundreds more for a one week stay. Thank you for the room and its location. And the beach, loungers and water were treasured.

We stayed there last year for the first time after our flight got canceled. It is conveniently next to the airport with it's own beach, bar and restaurants. Our room was clean and bed was comfy. The fridge chilled all the drinks to the perfect temperature. The AC was quiet and worked perfectly inside and out. We forgot it was running while drinking coffee on the beach side porch and could carry on a conversation. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will certainly utilize it again on our USVI trips.

the resort was clean and well maintained, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. food was good at the restaurant. Prices were kind of high but expected at resort. the beach and view was nice. the negative is having to pay to use beach loungers and umbrellas, to me should come with the room charge, which was $250 per night for king oceanfront room. I only stayed one night because my flight was cancelled and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk to the airport. I would not normally stay at a hotel for vacation that is located near an airport and that also caters to cruise ships for beach excursions, which would equal massive crowds. but for my purpose it was fine.

Overall great experience. Sugar ants were a pain and there were many. Hotel staff switched us rooms which was awesome but the ants were in the new room as well. Not a deal breaker but they were pesky. Front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful and we enjoyed our stay

Worst first impression ever! One internet wasn’t working and the staff had to do everything manually. The guests had to suffer by waiting in a hot lobby and the staff made no extra accommodations to make it better. They gave us the wrong room which had to be changed, which meant going back and waiting in the hot lobby. Our ceiling fan was broke and the staff was not friendly.

St. Thomas was stroked by storm Ernesto category one storm, which cause major flooding and we lost power on island for a few days. We do apologize that due to the storm we lost all internet on the island during your visit. We had to use a manual system and it made more difficult to serve our guests.
Rest assured we were out of internet for about 24 hours. Thank you for your visit.
