3 reviews The villa was exactly as advertised. Well appointed. Beautiful large bedrooms with great views. Nice deck with an excellent view as well. And the rare easy driveway to navigate on the island! We spent all of our days at the beaches and our nights at the great restaurants in Cruz Bay. Kudos to the St. Johnians for their strength and perseverance after the hurricanes this summer. The island is making its way back and, while the damage is often painful to see for us regulars, there’s just too much beauty on this island to keep it down. Already counting down the days until we return at Christmas and we will certainly look to rent this villa again. Good luck finding a better value on the island!

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Catalina. The villa was very beautiful and spacious. It was high enough on the mountain to enjoy amazing vistas and yet, less than 10 minutes to town. The house is loaded with all you need for your stay. The pool was very private and just big enough for a nice refreshing dip. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a memorable visit to St. John!

We just returned from a week in St. John and the fabulous Villa Catalina. This vacation was truly amazing!! It was our second time on the island and our first at Villa Catalina. I cannot say enough how pleasant and easy it was to deal with the owner, Claudia. From start to finish this was truly easy breezy. The villa was exactly as pictured (even better in real life) It had everything you could possibly need to enjoy yourself on this little piece of Paradise called St. John. We were met at the ferry by Myrtle who was wonderful and patient while we dealt with renting our jeeps, etc. We were a family of 6; all adults (4 young adults) I would recommend this place for a large family or 3 couples traveling together. Waking up and seeing the Caribbean from your bed just cannot be beat!! Very peaceful and quiet location, only 10 minutes to Cruz Bay and about 20 minutes to the many amazing beaches of St. John. The villa is well maintained and cared for and it shows. Lots of books and games in case you are bored or need something to do; along with a beautiful new flat screen tv (which we never turned on!) Great wifi and cell service at the villa too. We cannot wait to come back!! Not to be missed.... Joe's Rum Hut, Rhumblines and the Longboard in Cruz Bay, Miss Lucy's in Coral Bay and of course, Columbo's Smoothie Stand on Centerline Road. We frequented Hawksnest Beach, Jumbie Beach, Cinnamon Bay, Maho Bay, Francis Bay, Salt Pond Bay and Drunk Bay. A different beach every day; what could be better?? Jeep rentals through St. John Car Rental; very easy to work with. We did a 1/2 day Catamaran snorkel sail on the Kekoa- would highly recommend. All girl crew was fantastic and fun. We hated to leave; truly. We will be back!!!! Thank you Claudia and Javier!!
