We truly loved the resort and staff, everyone was incredibly friendly. Everything was also very clean. We loved our stay!
The only thing wrong was that two toilets weren't working well, none of the three fridges were working either and the handle of the dishwasher was glued on and rusty. Pretty much needed an applicance update or more check ups. BUT, once we told them about it they came to fix it immidiately, so we were good to go.

Taking safety measures
Very nice staff, quite location most essential stores, bank,gas station, gym, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. I would recommend this resort for both family and couples wanting a fantastic experience.
We are family of 6, rented a room facing the lagoon, private beach, kids loved the pool and slides, very nice team, a full kitchen (so we cooked), and there are laundry and drying machines (you should bring the detergent). It looks more like a small village than a resort, they have restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, we did there the 5th day Covid-19 test required by the Bahamian's Gov. Everyone keeps social distance and do great efforts.
They even communicated with us (before we arrived) via WhatsApp:)

We loved to stay in Sandyport Beach Resort. The best thing for us was to be able to walk out directly to the beach from our apartment, laying down in the dreamy hammocks, and the wonderful customer service of all the personnel.
Details that could be improved: showers could be updated, tennis rackets.
New idea: would be very nice to build a mini golf between the basketball and tennis courts.
We can't wait to visit again soon!
I have visited the Sandyport Beach Resort on numerous occasions and have always received top notch service, along with great value for my money. I checked in on this visit without a reservation, and was treated with courtesy and professionalism from entering the security gate.
Check in was seamless and efficient. The receptionist greeted me by name and walked me through the established health and safety protocols for the property.
The room, as usual, was immaculate and well maintained. This is a very peaceful, tranquil and relaxing atmosphere to get away from the hustle and bustle of Nassau business life.

Pool was crystal clear and well maintained. Lagoons surrounding property were clean and restaurant on property is one of the best on the island.
