Unfortunately, the experience in such a new Hilton hotel was the worst for these world travelers. Pools were closed- one broken, both swim up bars were closed, spa closed, concierge couldn’t help with setting up spa appointments (never was able to get one- they had no idea when they were there), could not get us a golf cart reserved, casino and restaurant. It open until after 12:00 pm. Literally nowhere to have lunch in the hotel until they decided to open round 12:15. We were told that they are in “island time” which is an understatement. The place is 2 years old and is appearing rundown. Out of service signs everywhere. Started making a game of taking pics of them. Toilet paper in room had to sit on the ground since holder was hanging off wall. The guest book in room doesn’t even list restaurant hours and they don’t answer their phones when you call to check- oh, that was in the cellphone. The room phone didn’t work. The big pool with fountain was open but the swim up bar was not and no staff was there. Speaker system was blaring a loud buzz to the point we couldn’t stay there and attempt to enjoy. Other pool bar in the long pool was shut down. All hot tubs were dry. They don’t inform you of towel cards, so you travel down the street to the beach (not walking distance) to learn that we can’t get towels without them, and had to pay $20 for an umbrella, plus a service fee, plus a set up fee, plus a resort fee, and more. We have no idea what the $25 daily resort fee was for- nothing was operational. It was literally one thing after the next. Only good experience we had is that the food is good, the waitstaff is very attentive, and restaurants appeared clean.

I could continue, but I imagine my point is made.

This is the only nice hotel on the north side of the Bimini island. We stayed in the main hotel. There’s also villas you can rent as well. When we were there the nice long pool was out of commission so we didn’t get to enjoy it. The adult infinity pool on the 5th floor is very nice. The family pool which is off to the side of the hotel was ok we walk by there but didn’t really use it. I wish they had more palm trees around that pool area to make it more tropical and inviting. For the Beach that is part of the property you have to take the free shuttle to it or drive there w your rental golf cart this so inconvenience especially if you young kids. Prior to arriving I thought the beach was walking distance.

We went for just an overnight and loved the friendliness cleanliness and beauty. Everyone was so nice. Greg Stubbs, Reynaldo Laing and their entire team went above and beyond for us. It was an amazing time. Thank you so much!!

I'm going to start off with "you reap what you sow!" I read all the reviews prior to leaving and was prepared for the service to be sub-par. We were there for the week and I could NOT find one employee at the Hilton that was unpleasant or not willing to help us out! We had exceptional service for the whole week!! From breakfast to dinners and the bartenders at the casino everyone was engaging. If your not into the crowded club scene then don't go on the weekend. Both pools (didn't ever get in one) could definitely use some attention to be cleaned more often. The food was great at all the restaurants! Our room was always cleaned perfectly, though sometimes it was after 6pm. Luna beach was great! The bar area is awesome , but not open much at nigh which is unfortunate ... the Hilton is a beautiful hotel and it has an amazing staff! Thanks for a great vacation!!

No other good options to stay in on Bimini, so my advice is to go to the Keys!!!
Room was nice, but otherwise,,Very disappointed!!! I have stayed at many fine hotels for that were cheaper and more expensive, but this just was a $259 a night stay that did not deliver!!!

What a disappointing 4th of July!!
