The Chef du Village, Francis Lacoste, went out of his way to make sure that every guest had a most incredible time. He made the experience personal by calling guests by their names and EVERY time he saw was around the resort, he stopped to chat with everyone to see how they are enjoying their stay. He was VERY VERY involved and engaged and made me feel like he treated us like friends and family, not just guests. He is extremely professional and yet very kind and friendly. All I can say is A++++++. He is THE BEST ! His professional team also follow his lead beautifully. It was a MOST WONDERFUL experience from beginning to end. JUST MAGICAL:):):):):

Very nice Club.
Small, not too busy. For sure we are still off season but the weather is pefect. The staff is very well organised.
You need to participate in the wine tasting session with Joel and Deborah..great moments with them. Good food pairing!
A first experiene for us with Club Med and certainly not the last.

Probably the best resort in the caribbean. Hands donw...... do everything or do nothing. If you like diving, this is the place. But please, try to find a better house wine..... madamoiselle ventouse is just horible....

The resort is great, beds comfy, food wonderful and the ocean so clear you can see each of your toes.
But what really brings this Club Med to the next level is the scuba team.

My sister had been bugging me to try diving for the past five years.
I had absolutely no desire to do so as I have been scared of swimming in the ocean with a shark phobia (thank you Stephen Spielberg) my whole life.

The Seafari scuba team really put me at ease and let me decide step by step without any pressure if I wanted to pursue the experience.

I started with the no cost trial in the pool, and after a positive experience decided to do the “initiation” which consist of about 1h30 training in the pool to learn the signs and breathing techniques and then a 12-meter (40 feet) dive in the ocean.

Seven dives later, I am now completely hooked! I dove with sharks and giant sea turtles and even did my first certification.

I strongly encourage anyone who want to give diving a try but has reservations to go the Seafari team. They are really excellent at what they do and gave me the best experience.
A special shout-out to my two favorite scuba instructors, Adrian and Gabriel. They are booth terrific educators.

What I love about Club Med is that in as few as 24 hours, you have already made lifelong friends and feel part of a family.

Great location, delicious food, exceptional diving, a recipe for an amazing vacation. That being said, the waitstaff could use a bit more coaching to achieve the same level of customer service as the rest of the team but still, all good.

Thank you to Francis and Antonio who were quick to fix a mistake made by our travel agency to ensure we were all happy in our new rooms.

Shout out to the awesome staff at Seafari Dive Center: Jean-Paul, Khinda, Anne-Julie, Sarah, David, Tamaro (you the man!) Adrien (so patient!) Dan, Sandi, Gabriel and so on. What a phenomenal experience with you guys!!!!

Back for Spring break, can’t wait!
