This hotel has perfect location at the ski slopes. There are a lots of interesting things to do in the hotel (especialy for the teenagers) like bowling, table tenis,... Ourdoor pool is excellent, in the rest of the spa area is a little bit cold. The service is average, sometimes even poor. Waiters often forget or mix your order and don't seem to be interested in doing their jobs. There are many so called supervisors who do nothing. Cleaning service is great, rooms are tidy, clean and newly decorated. Fresh juice is overpriced, as well as many other drinks, but that is the price you pay for the perfect location of this hotel. Check out is very time consuming, waiting time is more that 30min. Overall, this hotel has much to offer but there are places for improvement as well, specially in customer service.

This is a very large smart hotel, with many interesting features. If you sit it in the foyer (plenty of large leather sofas) people from all over the world pass by, an international hotel for sure. People watchers will be provided with plenty of entertainment. The room was comfortable and spotless, but don't expect luxuries, there are none. Shower gel is provided but you will have to bring every all you other toiletries.There is an iron & hairdryer. No bottled water in the room, but the Icelandic people pride themselves on the quality of their tap water, which is spring water, we had spent a fortune on bottled water, for the room, before we realised this. The breakfast was outstanding when it came to choice & quality. A self service system operates, but even at it's busiest it is not a scrummage, as there are so many stations around the room, and staff are quick to clear and reset. The staff are very helpful, they speak English to a very high standard. The hotel provides a free shuttle taxi services to the town centre during the day, requested at the front desk. This is more useful than little bottles of toiletries that they don't provide. Town is a walk able distance, we took the taxi down and walked back along the beautiful dock front. Rooms at the back of the hotel are more peaceful. If you are a light sleeper you may struggle with a room at the front of the hotel. Coaches, taxi's & mini buses come and go at all hours, as guests arrive & return from the many available trips. Also ten flag poles line the front of the building, the tethers rattle constantly in the wind. Trips can be book at the hotel, but we nearly lost out, getting the last 3 tickets for the blue lagoon available all week, so I recommend booking trips before leaving the UK, look at the long range weather forecast to plan the trips if possible, some trips are cancelled in bad weather. Trips leave from the front of the hotel, be warned, time seems irrelevant, instructions of be ready from 8am, could see you not getting in the minibus until after nine. Sit close to the front entrance with a good book, but keep an eye & ear open, as they could leave without you. The hotel staff will ring & make enquires for you, but the trip operations have nothing to do with the hotel.

At first, try to avoid numerous 'parking sellers' on your way to hotel. They will claim there is no room for parking on the FREE spots and in fact there probably is. ;)
Off course, the guys from the reception, most of them are rude and unpolite, will not help you with such 'small details'.
At second, you need pay 500 dinars, more than 4euro, per pair of skies for keeping them in hotel. This is kind of first time ever seen hotel rule in my life.

Like you're some kind of dumb kid with lots of free time... And downstairs you will have feeling you're in Turkey as the stuff who are responsible for skies will tell you some sky high prices and than will be fair and try convince you that price more than double expensive than on all other places on Kopaonik is cause of you're the hotel client. :) So, you need forget about keeping skies in the hotel you're guest @ and rent them somewhere else.
The other hotel stuff like cleaners, pool stuff, even the restaurant stuff, are extremely polite, professional and helpful. Also, had to notice that at least one kids entertainer, 45 years around lady with glasses is a complete idiot. She punched my wife existentially when went out from some kids play room but did not even consider the 'contact' and off course she did not apology at all. :)
Outdoor pool is excellent as well as the rest of the Spa. Food is kind of OK. Maybe too modest when compare the price. Rooms are also too modest when compare the price but the cleaners are really doing great job and keep the rooms so clean. Location is No1!

The hotel is in a fantastic location if you're there in the winter to ski. Chairlifts are all so close. The hotel itself is quite nice, we stayed in the new section of the hotel. The decor is lovely. The spa is also great, two swimming pools (although the outdoor one, which is actually warmer than the indoor one, is only open at 5pm). Nice sauna area too. Rooms are comfortable - heating a little difficult to get right. Beds and pillows were good, as was the shower pressure.

There are some areas where improvement could be made. The staff (waiters, housekeeping) are really friendly. Unfortunately the front office staff are not as friendly or helpful. Quite often I noticed 4-5 reception staff and only one taking enquiries/checking people in. I needed to ask a simple question and was referred down the line. The shower in my room leaked at the base, so if you didn't put the shower mat in the right place, the floor ended up wet. Lastly, I'm not really sure they thought through the elevator situation when designing as there is only one elevator for 7 floors. There is also no service elevator so quite often you're waiting a long time for an elevator.

Location was excellent, next to slopes and ski lifts, ski centers, Row of restaurants & Pubs are located adjacent to hotel main building and they serve good food & beverage, value for money
Rooms are nicely designed and has a beautiful view, amenities are basic, could be improved, No tea/coffee making facility, must in a resort.sleeping quality could be improved , specially the mattress, its too soft & not stable, cleanliness is very good & payed attention to detail
breakfast & Dinner buffet , verity of food is average,ambience of the restaurant is good, compare to rest of the property it falls behind
most frustrated experience was the hospitality extended by staff in all departments, lack of knowledge is a major draw back, we asked from reception staff about bus time table to Belgrade & 3 staff members given 3 time tables and we were lost in every ware , finally have to google it
at the restaurant encountered questions of our entitlements and no staff could give a clear explanation, till one lady mangers came up with the solution, attitude of staff is extremely bad, NO HOSPITALITY BACKGROUND at all, lack of training may be the route course
restaurant at down stair, staff even not bothered to serve you, quite annoying when you in a vacation, it seems we were entertained by hotel for free of charge
I wouldn't, recommend this hotel for any body purely because of no professionalism shown by staff
