My husband and my aunt and uncle and our Beagle dog 'Boo' stayed at Teal Cottage May- June 2014 for a few nights.
This is a beautiful, well presented, clean, comfortable, cosy (very warm) cottage.
The views are really lovely. It has a relaxing feel about it.
It was well laid out, fab style to it and stocked everything we needed.
I was particularly impressed with the bedding! VERY very comfortable bed and the bedding was fantastic quality .....I had to replace all our pillows and duvet at home when I got back!!
The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with before and during our stay.
The area around is one of our favourites....there is so much to see & do. We recommend PUCKS GLEN (fantastic walk....enchanting) and a trip to Portevadie and watching the sun set on the edge of the loch eating oysters at the Oyster Catcher in Otter Ferry. Stunning!
We are definately considering staying again when we return to Scotland next September!

My husband & I booked Teal Cottage for 4 nights in July at fairly short notice & we were delighted with our stay.
The cottage is lovely - comfortable & clean & in a gorgeous peaceful setting. We were treated to daily wildlife spectacles, including the red squirrels sneaking into the bird box in the back garden! Andrew & Sheila, the owners of Teal & the neighbouring Shelduck cottage, were warm & friendly & made us feel really at home.
My parents & grandparents stayed at Teal just after us & also had a wonderful time. We look forward to coming back soon!
