We stopped here for lunch after a weekend hill walking in the Mamores. It is a busy cafe and I am not surprised as the food and service is excellent. My buddy and I decided to have the ploughmans lunch which was the special and my wife had soup and sandwich.
Big bowl of hearty soup and a chunky sandwich arrived, the ploughmans lunch was also a big plate with cheese, pickles, onions, salad, crisps and crusty bread. Look forward to returning when we are in the area again.

Nice little place on the road between Glencoe village and Ballachulish. There's an interesting craft store joined on, with a plentiful variety of gifts and good quality souvenirs, and a small selection of paintings upstairs. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, with outdoor seating for a good day. It was quite busy when we went, but we didn't struggle to find a table, though some things had been taken off the menu due to running out. Other than that, a lovely stop for a nice lunch.

Stopped off for coffee after walking to the next village and back to Glencoe and we decided to have a sausage and bacon roll each. There was a good selection of savoury food and cakes. Seating in or outside.

Great place to come for a well-deserved beverage and cake after long day in the hills! No problem with coming in with wet clothes and boots. Plenty of selection of food and nice little craft and souvenir shop to browse.
Shame they don't shut a little later in the day as I am sure they are missing some passing trade when people are coming off the mountains later in the day.
