Not what we expected . Our stay was average

3.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Jul 18, 2018via mobile
Great location and easy access to the beach and pools . We rented a two bedroom villa and it was a very comfortable space . The check in and checkout process was super easy and convenient. However, We were annoyed at some things we encountered. We got an email saying that our room could be ready between 10am and 6pm. We arrived early hoping to take advantage of the property’s amenities while we waited . However, when we arrived I called them to check on our room and they said it would be ready between 4pm-6 only. Their communication on this was contradictory. We tried to get into the property and we were told that the only thing we could access was the beach. there was no guidance on where to park or how to access the beach. It would be helpful if they could provide better guidance and information to early arrivals . Finally, we get in the room and we found that there were no kitchen garbage bags, no kitchen paper towels and only 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people for a 5-day stay . We had to go to the supermarket and add those items to our list to purchase. Some areas In the room were not as clean. In addition , we were told there were 5 pools we could use but there was no property map left for us to access. The pools were very small and average looking. Overall , we loved the location but were not impressed with the property and cleaninless of the room. Also you better guard your pool plastic bracelets you get to access the pools otherwise they will charge you $30 for each bracelet lost! This is ridiculous being that that they probably cost $1 to make and no one ever checks if you have them on lol!!!

We had a wedding in Inlet Beach and family in Fort Walton Beach. This was the perfect location in between. Resort had many areas: golf villas, other villas, about six pools, and three hotels with indoor pools and fitness center. It has a parking lot on property along Scenic 98 across from the beach to make beach access easier, but it’s not too far to walk either. Close to Silver Sands outlet and lots of restaurants and fun. Our villa was super cute...shabby chic. Highly recommend this area.

We stayed in 32b it was very dirty. Old Outdated smelled like dogs and mold. Upon arrival dead frog an roaches on floors . Cabinets on inside found mouse droppings. You could see where were chewing .Dog poop outside everywhere. Upstairs lady kept you up going in an out of doors stomping .She left her dogs out just to run. Sheets on bed or old pillows were all stained. This was supposed to sleep 5 . It had a air mattress that was old didnt even hold air on the pull out couch.I wouldnt eat are cook here everything is old and dirty. No Updates at all. Think twice about staying here.

Room tip: none I would not stay here

We have enjoyed our stay in the villas so far. I do not like the fact we have to pay for the washer and dryer for a condo that is costing more than 1200 a week. I also do not like how there are no picnic areas to eat out in the resort with the kids. I will stay here again though.

Have been going to Seascape for years. Have always enjoyed it- units dated, but quaint. This year we experienced something new-RATS!!! Discovered them midweek after smelling strong urine smells in the unit and noticing a half eaten banana on the counter. After that we could hear them behind the walls. No more peaceful nights sleep on that vacation. So grossed out.

Nice unit on lakeside, main level. Quiet and relaxing. Huge comfortable king size beds in 2 bedrooms. Screened patio with visiting waterfowl. Near beach, golf, fishing and walking paths. Not far from malls and grocery. Don't trust your GPS to get in. Will take you to privacy gate that needs a code.
