We decided to pay a visit, for an impromptu lunch break, and were really surprised at how nice and welcoming this wee place was.

A lovely little coffee shop with nice crafts in sale also.

We had a traditional breakfast and a chicken tarragon open sandwich which was excellent. The toffee cheesecake was pretty good too!

We will be back when in this area again

A nice place to stop for a good coffee or/and something to eat. It's a combination of a handmade pottery store and a small diner with loads of atmosphere, good food and friendliness... Well worth your stop!

Stopped off here with the little'un to warm her up after Cub Camp - lovely food, and very friendly staff!

Although the menu is quite small, the food is reasonably priced and all sourced locally. We really enjoyed what we had and would definitely stop by again.

Free wifi is appreciated, especially in an area of limited reception.

There is a pottery shop attached to the cafe, and you can see what's going on through a small window at the back if you want to - you can buy the produce in the cafe too, and there are some really nice and unusual things too!

Staff are really friendly and checked we were happy with everything - attentive, but not obtrusive. Overall the cafe gets it just right - well done, we will be back!
