Thanks for your review, hope you can come again soon.
The food was excellent. Big portions. The service very friendly. Parking. And it's next to a very nice parador. Parador Villas De Sotomayor and to the hanging bridge of Adjuntas. Excellent family place. I recommend it. Weather very nice. Medium price.
We stayed overnight on a weeknight while exploring the interior of the island. This is a big place with extensive well maintained grounds and thirty something units. Would be perfect for a large family gathering. We were in a studio room which came with coffeemaker microwave and small fridge. Room was very clean. Small porch with chairs and hammock. We may have been the only overnight guests or at least it seemed that way. We were the only guests in the restaurant when we ate. Food was good, we asked for the servers recommendation. Both of had chicken and it was excellent. Service was good. The staff said they are busier with families during school holidays and such. There is a fitness center near units 1-6 which gets a fair amount of traffic, really the only noise we noticed at all was cars coming and going in the morning to there. The staff was very friendly and the desk and servers bilingual. We drove down from the north, would suggest coming up from the south on route 10.
Thanks for the time ypu take to review our Parador, very accurate description of our facilities and services.
The space is appropriate, has a small refrigerator and microwave. There is no sofabed, but a metal tube futon, very uncomfortable. The masterbed is very uncomfortable, too. It has a moldy odor. The place is noisy until 3 AM. There are stray dogs that will wake you during the night. The view is beautiful and the staff is nice. They offer activities like horses and kayak. It's very close to Casa Pueblo museum and Modelo Forest. The town square is very beautiful. There are not many places to eat, but bars. I found three restaurants with long wait times. It was a Holiday weekend to be fair.
Very expensive. customer service is not the greatest.
rooms are and feel dirty, smell moldy, bed sheets had hair and stains on them. towels look they are many many years old. all they seem to care about is cash flow. very dosappointed and wish we would of stayed some where else.
Went with my parents, sister and my 6 month old niece. We wanted to eat at La Terraza but my niece couldn't stay in the open and there were smokers in the area. So we decided to stay indoors. Unfortunately they declined to offer a reasonable deal so everyone could be happy. They wanted to charge us $3 per each plates because for then it was bad business. I will never come back to this place. This is the second time that these people try to take advantage of the situation. They are not interested in customer service. They just want profits no matter what.
Thank for your review
Mesón Gastronómico Restaurant Las Garzas and La Terraza by River Cantina are both in Parador Villas Sotomayor facilities but the owners are not the same, and operate in a different manner. Both have the same goals; service and quality, but the concept, the menu and the rules are very different. We always make our best to please our visitors and guest that comes to enjoy our service and the best food in the area.
