We were directed to this hotel for lunch from the lovely people at Casa Pueblo - a short walk away. We did not stay at the hotel, but the all you can eat lunch buffet is great! The staff is friendly and the food was simple and delicious. This place fueled the rest of our drive through the mountains!

If your traveling thru the Mountains of Puerto Rico from east to west for a few days then you need to stay and rest here for at least one day... 37 years ago I stayed here as part of our Honeymoon . This place has been here for ages, and there's a reason why.. First it's in the middle of Adjuntas town center. The town's nick name "The Sleeping Giant".. In the background there's a mountain shape as A Giant taking a nap ( Pic Enclosed).. This place has and excellent local food as a buffet must try... This p[lace has History and not expensive... Adjuntas has the lowest zip code # in all of US States and Territories,, Reason being, when Zip codes were stating to be distrusted it was in alphabetical order and starting fron East to West... And Adjuntas is the #! of all to receive the first Zip code (beside the Federal zips)

Room Tip: Chose the room with view of the mountain...

The first thing that you have to remember is that this is a small and simple family run hotel not a 4-5* resort. Stayed for 1 night in the first floor room 4 which is the corner one, and was concerned about noise but it was fine. The room is basic but clean. Had TV and AC. No wifi access in this room but I think others get signal. The restroom was OK but the shower could be improved; well at least it had hot water, even though it took a bit to get hot water. The room also had a small balcony overlooking the famous Gigante Dormido Mountains as well as the hotel’s pool. Breakfast was not included in our package nor lunch as some of their offers and we paid around $100 which is a bit high for what it is however, you can’t beat the location: a few steps from the Plaza where you can have a nice coffee and good breakfast at the “panaderia”/ bakery in the corner as well as the main Catholic Church. This time I didn’t had lunch there but I had it in other occasions and is a great deal: $7 for delicious homemade puertorican food (small buffet) with drink included. This is not a fancy place but it’s a good option if you are in the area and want to stay downtown.

Room Tip: Maybe upper rooms will be less noisy (I only heard noise in the morning). Ask which rooms have wifi signal (if that is important for you).

Noisy, even after 10pm, very bad pillows, average breakfast, mostly reheated, good satellite tv service. Basic, clean room. Close to downtown Adjuntas and walking distance to Casa Pueblo. Pretty small hotel, run by its owners. Needs improvements.

If you want a different getaway this is the place. Is in downtown Adjuntas (no beach around). Walking distance to the Plaza and food kiosks. Clean and affordable. Small hotel, which makes the customer service experience unique. The room was very basic, but it had a balcony to the poolside and a great view to the mountains. They offer a buffet style lunch full of typical Puerto Rican food. It was delicious! Totally recommend it!
