We dined here on 2 seperate occastions firstly on the 10th march then in the 13th march both occastions were fantastic
I will comment on the food but firstly i must say the level of service was,excellent on both occastions the owners su and dieter made us feel so welcome as if we were vip guests when they had a full restaurant of guests
Su who is thai has a fantastic passion for her business but most of all for the food that she cooks , her husband dieter is the perfect host always available for his guests .
They also have a very talented head chef name Ha who i had the privlage to.meet and thank him for the superb food we had eaten over the 2 nights we dined there.
On both occastions we had the special seafood baskets maybe some peaple may think itcis expensive but for those that do you mustvbe aware that fish is an expensive commodity the world over .
I myself live in bangkok and have dined at many top restaurants including nahm , paste, bo lan , shangrila , mandorian oriental but the level of cooking at the crab company for me surpassed all of these other restaurants .
Both myself and my wife work in the hospitality industry myself as,a,chef for 27 years and my wife as a receptionist for 11 years
It is always these little hidden away restaurants like the crab company that do not get the recognition they deserve
