This bridge is super impressive! The design is stunning, and looks awesome from all angles. You can't see much when you're on it because of the high concrete walls, but before and after crossing it, you can get great views of the bridge and Northumberland Straight.

There's no fee for using it to get to PEI, but you have to pay when coming back - it's about $42 for a car, which is decent.

A great experience to see it and cross it!

Very impressive. You cannot see much when you are on the bridge but before you get on the bridge from New Brunswick you can pull off the road right before getting on. There is an attraction spot there where you can park, also washrooms/restaurant, etc.. From there you may walk to the lookout spot where you can get a fantastic view of the bridge. It's amazing. Also if you keep walking to your left under the bridge there is another lookout spot with some of the history of the bridge.

We have travelled over the Confederation Bridge several times now. It is a very impressive bridge. As other people have stated , you cannot see much from the bridge , however , if you pull off the road right before getting on. There is a lookout spot where you can get a spectacular view of the bridge over the water.

I enjoy taking the bride to the island, it is well maintained and the view is spectacular at the peak.

The Gateway Village on the PEI end is a bit hokey but provides a great place to stretch your legs, get a meal or snack but also to stop and learn the history behind this magnificent bridge. Driving in s high-sided vehicle like a van or bus affords a much better view of things when you're driving over the bridge.
