Good not great. Nice rooms but the bed was really stiff . Food was great . Service was fantastic . Very clean hotel . I never found a place to purchase bottled water though. The bar was very nice with a great bartender . Overall a good place just not great

The rooms was amazing, very clean and wonderful view. Great amenities. We arrived late in the evening and the Front Desk agent was extremely helpful and took care of our needs immediately. The MOD was very friendly as well. Unfortunately could not take their names.

We stayed here a couple days in January, our checkin was pretty quick, we arrived early but didn't have any trouble checking in early, staff was very cooperative. Our room was in the 24th floor and was nice and clean. The views are really nice it being next to a golf course. And they have pool and jacuzzi as well. They seem to be renovating some parts of the hotel this had a make shift gym near the pool on 3rd level. There are a lot of restaurants in this area so plenty of options to eat, although things get pretty quiet at night and didn't see a lot of pedestrians after 8:30pm. Parking is available too for 15 pesos. There is a buffet place in the same building we went there for lunch once but really don't recommend that.

I was at The Grand Tijuana on 03/31/16. The check-in was quick, the staff spoke English, and the room was just as nice as American 3/4 star properties. However, the king size bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable. And of course you cannot drink the water but there's a water filter in the bathroom to use for personal hygiene. I'd say the hotel is OK.

Loved the hotel, food, club service for the right price, hospitality, atmosphere, security and the most amazing professional customer driven staff. The minute we arrived the bell guys welcomed my family with a smile. Max at the registration counter was great by giving us choices and upgrades, making sure we had the right suite in the VIP club area. We will definitely be back soon. Keep up the good job! Love you guys
