My partner booked with Brenda for 4 nights through airbnb. She met us at her gate when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Brenda is an attentive host who clearly loves Todos Santos and had many useful recommendations for our stay. She seems to know everyone in town!
The previous reviews are quite accurate. We saw whales from the partially covered deck. A 15 minute walk down to the beach at sunset led to a special treat of baby sea turtles being released by a conservation effort there. It is not a swimming beach although we did see one hardy fellow brave the waves.
The bed and pillows were comfy with excellent linens. The main room is light and breezy with high ceilings, lots of windows and comfortable. Talapa provides lots of shade. Shower is large with lots of hot water. Drinking water is supplied for free. Brenda replaced a microwave that wasn't working the same day by calling a friend who was shopping in La Paz.
She is a fun person to be around -- not intrusive but open, cheerful and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat.
It's a bit noisy due to neighborhood pets and animals but I got used to it straight away. You will get an authentic vibe of Todos Santos staying here.More
