Loved this little hotel....Right on the beach with 2 swimming pools, nice grounds.
Room was large and well appointed with a dipping pool on the deck and a nice ocean view. Maintenance is excellent here, rooms - grounds - restaurant all were kept spotless. Not the typical sign of wear and tear everything was maintained. They have added a second building the property with some construction going on, I applaud them for being quiet and hiding all the work behind screens. Something not seen in Mexico very often. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Food was good. Easy walk into La Crucecita and Santa Cruz. Taxi's are plentiful and reasonably priced. Beach is big but so are the waves....not safe swimming beach unless you are a strong swimmer.
Would we come back - you bet....BUT the bed in room 2005, that has to go...my back is still killing me.

Room Tip: 2nd floor with dipping pool is great

Yes, the facility is decent, clean and on the beach (which is not recommended to swim in because the surf is strong) but it is not a good value, nor did I enjoy the list of fines due ($1,500 if you get caught eating outside food anywhere on the property other than your room, $500 for each beach towel that is not returned) should you dare to break their “code of conduct”. I found the decor very tacky, the wifi signal weak, the service mediocre at best plus there is ongoing construction. Wish I could fine them for not meeting MY expectations. Would never come back.

Room Tip: if you want a view of the beach, request room on second floor but they will charge you extra.

We arrived to stay just one night because we were flying out the next day. We were greeted by a courteous staff. One of the front desk staff name was Leslie. She's bilingual and was extremely helpful.

The facility was clean, even though parts of it is under construction. The room was immaculate and cute (see photos).

The pools were spectacular - one overlooked the beach. Speaking of beach... very beautiful, but not too conducive on that particular day for swimming. It had a red flag which means it was dangerous.

You must buy their food, liquor etc while using their pool, etc. If you're caught bringing in your own cooler, etc, they find fine you 1500 pesos.

I would definitely go back to this resort.

We noticed this hotel on our vacation in 2016 decided on it for our stay in January 2017. We were not disappointed. During our stay we enjoyed the pools , the beach, the restaurant and spa. Close enough to walk to town or take a taxi for 30 pesos. Our room was on the ground floor so our patio was shaded which we preferred.

Stayed at this great hotel for a week with our family from Calgary, Canada and Manzanillo, Mexico. We have nothing to say but great things about this place. It's a shame we didn't get to talk to the owner, who was actually staying there at the same time as us, and let him know what a nice place and staff he has.
The only little things I can think of is that there was no ice machines in the second floor and the water pressure was poor but that will not stop us from going back or refer Quinta Bella to our friends.
We stayed on the second floor which I would highly recommend.
I really have to mention some names that really made our staff great; our housekeeper Isidora, Jose and his troop in security, front desk staff (sorry I didn't get their names but they were great) and restaurant staff Williams, Flor, Marco and others.
Please make sure you go at least one night to "dinner at the garden" right next to the beach and enjoy the singer.
VERY NICE PEOPLE!!! We loved it and we of course made new friends.
Thank you Quinta Bella, I know we will see you again!

Room Tip: Second floor is very nice.
