We went to this museum as one of the first stops in Mazatlán. After a little bit of problem finding the attraction, we spent a good 2 hours looking at the exhibits and displays. The cost of admission was great, 40 pesos per person. At the current exchange rate this was about 50 cents (USD).
The narrative is bilingual (Spanish and English). You have to be careful, some museums are not bilingual.
