We went for a couple of days before meeting family in Nuevo Vallarta, and this was just the place to transition to Mexico.
We were greeted by Hugo and treated like valued guests. He took care of everything for us, including getting and negotiating taxis, and describing where to go and what to do.
Our room was overlooking the water and the view couldn't be nicer. Bed was comfortable just like you expect at a Westin, and everything was clean and nice in the room. It was nice to sit on the balcony and have coffee in the morning, or read a book in the afternoon.
The beach and pool areas are nice, just be aware of where you are since there is a time share that shares/abuts the property. If you are in the area with striped towels you cannot charge drinks/food to your room... just a couple of steps away people with striped towels cannot charge drinks to their room.... It is just a little confusing, but not much of a hassle.
We were treated great during our entire stay, and would definitely do it again in the future.
Get a high floor room for good views and less noise, and be sure you have a view of the bay.More
