The waiters and captain do their best but something just doesn’t work well. For a table of eight adults and two little children, it took close to an hour to get our main courses (beef, mostly), and still, they forgot my wife’s churrasco. Then they tried to rush-cook it in 15 minutes and yet again, it came so incorrectly cooked that we canceled it.
To be fair, my vacio meat was very tasty, and the others who managed to get a beef-cut also enjoyed it, but that’s it.
All in all, it’s not the best steak house that I’ve visited, plus the price is high.
