We are so glad we based our Mexico City trip at Condesa Haus! I'd say the room was fine, the breakfast was fine, the staff were very kind, and the location was WONDERFUL. We walked for hours and hours around the neighborhood over the course of several days. It's like a really chill, friendly Brooklyn -- with palm trees. We found plenty of good food, interesting shops, and always felt very safe wandering around, even after dark.
There was also a metro stop within fairly convenient walking distance. (We got lost every time we tried to walk to "Juanacatlan" on the pink line. But "Patriotismo" on the brown line was great.) We never waited more than 5 minutes for a train -- super efficient. With great walkability and easy metro access, this hotel was an awesome home base for exploring around Mexico City!More
