Condessa is a very nice part of Mexico city to stay, I couldn't fault it as a location.
The security is excellent, and the guys who man the man the front are great. The agent, 'The Local Way' are very good too. The apartment looks great, was reasonably furnished, although the lack of a regular water cooler was very noticeable.
There are no views apart from the back of nearby buildings. The furniture was bonkers. The table on the balcony had seating that meant your chin was on line with the table surface. There are 2 seats at the breakfast bar, the other members of the household have to find somewhere to perch when they eat. It made any sort of meal other than a snack impossible.
But the the 2 things that are the biggest negatives are:
1) Lack of air con. It must be total hell in the summer. It was unpleasantly hot at times in January.
2) Noise. The noise insulation is pretty much zero. We were kept awake by parties in neighbouring apartments for a few nights.
