This park is right on the edge of Coyoacan and is a nice respite from the busyness of the city. The coyote fountain is in the middle. There are vendors, but they aren't too aggressive. The squirrels, on the other hand, are well-fed and friendly.

This park and fountain is amazing and I fell in love with this town and wish I could’ve spent more time. The fountain with coyotes is a great symbol to the community and is at the centre of the park. Surrounded on four sides by a cathedral and some lovely coloured buildings, I just had this calming feeling about being here.
Kids were playing. Men reading. Women walking with their toddlers. A musician entertaining us as we wandered. What a lovely part of Mexico.
Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly.
Plenty of places to eat nearby.

We love this place specially on a Saturday morning because we have a chance to see a street market and time to decompress from the stress caused by the crowds over the weekdays. You can walk around, you can see families enjoying the plaza and you can have a good time or take some pictures around here.

It’s a spectacular peaceful park that shows the Mexico City of 100 years ago. Great place to spend a Saturday or Sunday full with Street vendors and excellent Mexican restaurants. Everything in the beautiful Coyoacán area.

Jardin Centenario is a beautiful formal garden and square near the heart of Coyoacan. Locals hang out around the park relaxing. Hawkers sell the usual tourist items on busy days.

The park is ringed by relaxing cafes and restaurants.
