We came here for dessert around 6pm after eating a late lunch at El Tizoncito nearby. We sat outside and watched all the adorable families enjoying their ice cream. The small cup is 20 MXN and the large is 22 MXN. I had the turron and amaretto (delicious!) and my friend had the turron and nuez. I also tried the guanabana sorbet - amazing. I'd like to eat here at least 5 more times before our trip is over. Portions are so reasonable - it's just the right amount of treat.

We always stop here for a quick ice cream when in the area, especially on weekends. This part of the Condesa is filled with families walking dogs and bicycle riding, and Roxy is a classic meeting place. The ice cream is great and the prices are low, almost hard to believe at first.

Nice creamy and water based ice cream. The nice thing about this ice cream place is that you feel like time when back to when there where ice cream fountains.

Good ice cream, because it really is made out of fresh ingredients, I like some flavors better than other.............love pistachio, mamey, mango, but I guess that is more personal.

Another great thing is the really low prices, yet it has nothing to do with quality, because it really is like homemade.

Still, I like the mixes and flavors like hagen daaz, or that type, and they don't have caramel, chocolate, chocolate chunks, or stuff like that mixed in their flavors.

Sundays are not like the american type sundays, with lots of hot fudge or whipped cream.

Yet if what you are looking for is the pueblito fresh homemade ice cream experience, which is also great, Roxy is good.
