I learned so much about the diverse and refined food cultures of Mexico. You get to try new foods and exceptional versions of dishes you may have tried. On the Historic Center tour, I tried two moles that beat anything I ever had before. I had Amaranth for the first time, and learned about the history of a variety of dishes.
This was an amazing experience, with plenty to eat over the course of the afternoon. I highly recommend these tours to anyone visiting Mexico City!
