I'm sorry to say that one of my favorites in Oaxaca has slipped a notch (or two). They opened with a very nice Thai menu that made for a delightful option in the city. But over my last few visits at least three menu items have changed and not for the better. First the portion of the Satay became so tiny that it leaves one feeling cheated. Then they reduced the Gold bags from 5 to 4 and changed the wrapper to one not as tasty as the original. But the worst is the steak salad. The meat was so hard and difficult to chew that it gave me a headache. I would rather see them raise prices than cut quality. I will not go back for a while, but hope that when I do, I can report a return to their original greatness.
