I arrived late in the evening tired and disappointed after 2nd flight cancellation and a re-routing to Cancun where I had not intended to be. I was met and checked in by Francesco Ramos who was very helpful and kind. I experienced much kindness and warmth from another manager Carlos Vasquez who was always charming, warm and most helpful and supportive of any of my needs. I was also well looked after in the dining room by Raymond.
Although the elevator was not working to my floor, I enjoyed the gentle exercise and ( after a knee injury at the airport) the stairs helped keep me mobile.
I felt the Ramada offered wood clean and friendly service and facilities and value for money. I would recommend this hotel. More
