The service is vert good, Nice beach, very clean place, good direction when they switch restaurant, they do a lot of activity during the day. A lot of choice on the buffet, the coffee is good, the waiters are really attentioned to us

Room tip: 8107, bot à Nice vire and noise bécasse or thé elevator and alter switch for 8635 good Toon and Nice vire if lagunaire and see

Cris, the hostess from Bogavante and Cafe Solaris has been amazing. She is so sweet and courteous, she’s very helpful and a pleasure to be assisted by.

Dolly, from member services is outstanding. Truly an asset to Royal Solaris and GR Caribe. She is easy to talk to, understanding, and can assist with any issues. A delight to work with and highly recommended.

Ricky, from Cafe Solaris is the best waiter in Cancun. He goes above and beyond and makes all members and guest feel at home. Every interaction with Ricky is a pleasure. Be sure to request him at Cafe Solaris and Bogavante.

We have been VIP members at the Solaris Resorts for more than 15 years. We have always had a wonderful time with excellent food and service. This year we decided to take a friend who had never experienced an all-inclusive resort in Cancun. We were having a excellent time until our friend's room was robbed of $100 in cash by someone on the housekeeping staff. Her money was taken out of a purse that was packed in a closed suitcase, so the thief had to have opened a closed suitcase and opened the purse to find the money. We reported the theft to the resort's security department and they told us they would investigate. Since only our friend and the housekeeping staff had access to the room, it was obvious it had to be someone from the housekeeping staff. We were never informed of the outcome of the Resort's investigation and our friend lost $100. Since we own a timeshare at this resort, we will continue to vacation there. However, based on this experience, we will never be bringing any other friends to this resort. With so many all-inclusive resorts to choose from in Cancun, you would be better off staying at one with a more honest housekeeping staff.

We have had many examples where our staff is accused for the alleged theft of belongings and eventually ends up being found by the same guests or lost by themselves without being noticed.
This may be the case as well as we do not exclude any other possibility.
Nevertheless we are sorry for not accomplish a satisfactory solution to your friend and please accept our apologies for not offering you all a satisfactory answer.

get a room on the end of the hall way it is much quieter when people are going down the hall.and don't put your room key near your credit cards or cell phone it will demagnetize it and you will get locked out

Room tip: leave a small tip for the person who cleans your room they all work so hard

This was my first trip to Mexico and i used the "cheapcarribean.com" to book the flight/hotel/transportation/excursions. We took Frontier - who, by the way, are the absolute worst airline. The GR Solaris though, was amazing. Right from our first arrival everything was lovely. We were there before checkin so they give you a tag and will bring your items up to your room later.
Be warned, as with every Hotel, they do have someone that explains everything they also want you to BUY EVERYTHING. Dont do it.
The room was marvelous - the location was marvelous, everything was just the bee's knees!
