2 minutes away from the church of Ohain and nicely nestled in a rural and picturesque setting, l'Auberge de la Roseraie is the perfect place for family dinner or a romantic tête à tête.
The 2 open fires create a very warm atmosphere.
The choice of the dishes is quite limited but the restaurant card is certainly not static and offers meat, poultry or fish dishes with a local twist.
Our only concern refers to the quality of the service. The level of service does not meet the requirement of a gastronomic place. No empathy, slow and not very professional. Making an appointment was an awful process. We had to reconfirm twice.

Wonderful Belgian quisine, high quality food through many many years. Never disappoints!
Order the daily menu, it is always varied. Well priced and good service.
The ambiance is amazing and in the winter they light the fireplace making it very cozy.
The terrace is really nice in the summer months.

We were in the country looking for a decent restaurant and came upon this Michelin star "auberge" which was absolutely a delight. The place was larger than imagined, it was almost full and had a fixed gastronomic menu. We were late so only chose the last main plate. Both were wonderful mixes of flavors and textures.

If your in the area, this is well worth your time and money for a wonderful dinner.

The terrace is surrounded by plants which creates a nice and cosy atmosphere.
The waiters are very friendly and helpful.
We choose the market menu on saturday evening: a cold hors d'oeuvre (carpaccio of scallop with oranges), a warm hors d'oeuvre (lobster with vegetables and curry wrapped in brick dough), a main dish (irish filet pur with truffle sauce and vegetables) and a dessert for 42 euros pp.
Every dish was served nicely: the plates were well-decorated and tasted delicious.
It was a very nice dinner and I can advise everyone to try it.
