“Best Anniversary Ever”
Reviewed 20 November 2016 for a stay in November 2016

We have just returned from a weekend at Ardfyne to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. This house is a must see. It is so peaceful and idyllic and yet there is so much to do and see. We took two sets of grandparents and 2 children and there were so much space for us all. The house itself is stunning and the owners have catered for all ages. We have made some great memories here mostly sitting around the glorious dining table watching the amazing views of loch fyne. We cannot wait to return away from the hustle and bustle of Glasgow this really is a gem of a place.

“Excellent family short break”
Reviewed 13 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

We are a family of 8. Grandparents, Children plus their partners and 2 grandchildren. The idea being to chill out and spend some quality time together. Something we don't often get a chance to do because of everyone's busy schedules.
The house fitted our needs perfectly with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The favourite spot being the upstairs lounge with beautiful views over the Loch.
The Loch Fyne seafood restaurant was an absoulte favourite and they also made the little ones very welcome. There is plenty to do and see in the area and hopefully we will be able to visit Inverary castle on our next visit. Would we return to Ardfyne.......Absoutly

Just back from a fantastic holiday weekend at Ardfyne on Loch Fyne with the family celebrating my husband's birthday. The house is beautiful and so well equipped, the two fridges are a real bonus especially as there were ten of us. The views from the house are stunning and the gardens are beautiful the weather wasn't great a lot of rain but with the covered balconies we were still able to sit out. We had a meal at the Creggins Inn on Sunday the other two nights we ate in the house at the large dining table which sat the ten of us very comfortably. The house was very clean with comfy beds and the en-suites were great. All in all this is a great house which I would definitely recommend for large family or friends gathering. Thank you Ella for the Shortbread that was a nice touch. I hope to return again sometime.

“Fantastic house for large family gathering”
Reviewed 27 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We based our family gathering at Ardfyne which was exactly as described, views superb, spacious rooms, lovely garden.... but the added bonus was that there was a very well equipped kitchen which served us well for family meals. We look forward to booking it again.

“Just perfect”
Reviewed 22 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

I went with friends and family for a week. The house was very big have a fantastic view and had enough space for lots of children to play about, the garden was just fantastic and it never once felt cramped despite the number of us there. The neighbours and locals were extremely nice and welcoming and we had a great time talking to them. Also we had a great time walking through the national park and exploring nearby towns! Overall just a fantastic location!
Thank you Ella

So pleased to hear that you enjoyed Ardfyne and the scenery.
With regard to drying facilities, we do provide a clothes line, pegs and a clothes horse so that guests can make use of the 2 covered deck areas that guarantee dry clothes in the sea breezes even when it rains.
It is not unknown for whirlygigs to get blown away.
