We got a very good deal - $299 plus tax - for four nights at this "time share" facility. The rooms were nice and the location of the hotel was perfect. It is at the marina and in the middle of everything. Other than the presentation we had to sit through, the visit was great. They were attentive to any of our needs in the room - although check in was a bit slow and they kept losing our reservation. All in all, for the money paid, we had a great little getaway. They will be redoing the pool starting in May 2012 - and doing many other update which will add greatly to the value of the property. The breakfast buffet that was included was more than adequate and all of the food was good. There was some problem with lots of noise and other people partying at night - need more soundproofing in the rooms.

When my wife did the reservations with Wyndham, as suggested to us we did straight with the hotel. We didn´t want last minute mistakes. But for our surprise, this "manager" Noe Juares told us that the hotel had no Jr Suite with 2 separate rooms. We have kids under 12 years old and we need to watch them. With a sarcastic smile he told that he´d give us another room beside the other one but would have a cost... with a discount given by him?

Why? We paid before arriving, so we didn´t want problems. We asked for the real manager and nobody told me his name. This is not the way you treat a customer, it seems to me that he was trying to take advantage and charge us twice. He was very rude and didn´t even care about us.

Hope the real manager see this.

I am very disappointed that we were unable to provide the Resort stay Gordon was expecting. We strive to provide adequate facilities for our guests to enjoy their stay with us.

Unfortunately, and as explained in the many reservations channels available and by Our Front Office Manager on site, the type of unit Junior Suite does not have separate sleeping quarters and the only option to achieve this, was to get an additional room, this of course incurs in a extra charge. Being empathetic with the situation an attractive discount was offered for the additional room. We do have a higher room category called a Master Suite that does have a separate bedroom although a little more expensive.

We will of course address accordingly the reviewers comments about Mr. Juarez Service skills as strange as they may seem, especially after all the positive remarks in previous Trip Advisor Comments regarding this issue.

What a wonderful trip we had!!! We have been Cabo so many times and stayed so many different places but this was first time we had experienced that how great staff Wyndham hotel have and services they offered to us was excellent and were very personable.
Location is so convenient and central so we were able to go within any walking distant.
Hotel was very clean and price was very reasonable, especially. breakfsat was included.
Front desk and bell boy's services were great and we got to meet front desk manager NOE JUAREZ,he was very friendly and all the staff trying to give us best services they can.
We stayed 1 week and we got to meet most front staff and bell boys and we just wanted to say thank you to them and surely they made our vacation wonderful and we will definately go back to Wyndham Hotel .
I just wanted to let them know how much we are appreciated!

This is a terrible vacation with a completely misleading advetisements. Never again will visit this resort.

1. No Dinner Cruise. You have to have a timeshare presentation or other obligations to get a discount. Kids are not included.
2. Breakfast is not free. We paid every morning $15 because we came with kids.
3. Had to argue at check in for a room with 2 beds. We were offered only one bed in the beginning. How is that? The hotel did not know that we were coming with kids.
4. No one tells you that you transportation back will be a whopping $65 and there is not any ways around it.
5. Restaurant is super expensive. And only one restaurant.
6. No beach access, other than shuttle which only goes twice a day. Or pay for a taxi boat.
7. Try sleeping. People go past the hotel room door day and night. People screaming and singing from the balcony side all the time.
8. No flexibility with the checkout. 11am. Must leave the hotel room. Our flight did not leave until 7pm, so with kids we asked for a late checkout and one person said no, you can't. Another one said you can, but pay me $50 USD. Another one said that you have to call the Wyndham Corporate office for that. Really terrible service.
9. Pool water is cold. Loud music playing all the time. No way to relax. Pool floor is floating.
10. Water in the shower was cold for 2 days.
11. Internet was so bad, that you could not even check the e-mail. It was disconnecting all the time.

This groupon is a lie. Not worth the money. Never again visit this resort. Do not recommend to anyone. I want my money back. If I knew this was the case I would not extend the stay at all.

I sincerely regret that this writer somehow did not understand the text on the confirmation sheet sent by Club Tesoro regarding his Groupon promotion, likewise, full information regarding his trip is provided on the pre-arrival call, still the writer seems unaware of what was included trough this Groupon promotion or the location and amenities of the Resort.

We are of course grateful for all types of feedback and promise to look into the reviewers general comments in order to do better in the future in accordance with our pursuit of excellence in service.

This was our second stay with the Wyndham and we will return again. The staff were wonderful!!They provide us with every thing we needed. The rooms have been nicely upgraded and were spotless. The location perfect walking distance to every where.

Room Tip: ask for the marina view and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony watching the boats go out.

Everything was great. Just one think: the green eyed short girl denied me a room. She said that check-in time was at 3 p.m and she was very rude. It was a quarter to eleven, but this girl Laura took the time to check again in the computer and gave us a room with a beautifull view. Laura was very polite she knows what a customer service is.

LAURA YOU´RE THE BEST!!!

I have never complained about a hotel before....travel a lot, but this was the poorest excuse for a resort ever! Coffee maker, but NO coffee, NO mugs, just plastic cups and small glass cups. NO washclothes, NO hand towels, for 3-days, NO soap! NO reachable plugs, POOR hot water, just a trickle. MOST of all, we had to WALK across the street to the front desk to have our parking ticket stamped. We were planning to bring travel groups here...but NO WAY! We tried to correct these things, but the FRONT DESK was usually too busy. Complained to the manager, he simply said he 'was sorry'. The hotel is in BAD need of restoration. Paint and rust peeling on the outside of the buildings.

Room Tip: Choose another hotel besides the Wyndham
