Poolside at resort, there for a simple dinner close to room. This little reosrt cafe served us on of the best dinners in 12 days of Cabo/San Jose stay. Wifes shrimp brochetta was her favorite shrimp of our trip (has had about 10 different) I had Fish ceviche and a side baked potato for lighter dinner. My ceviche was perfectly prepared and large enough for my entree. Our waiter Gabriel was on the run as the restaurant was full-but managed to perform perfectly while on the run. Casual atmosphere and no cover but great on a warm Jan evening(with a small assist from a heater). The stuffed plantain was very nice as a fairly simple app
