While we truly enjoyed our two previous trips to Cabo, and our stay at Krystal Grand, this recent third visit during Memorial Weekend 2018 was quite a disappointment. We had our young adults and teens with us, and have bragged to them about this resort and their activities and how good the food was! Well, not so this time around. We felt that the quality of this resort has deteriorated compared to when they just first opened. There were no activities that happened, though they have them on the schedule. No bonfires on the beach or games like they used to have. No cooking classes like they used to have. No pool aerobics either. Why have them on the schedule to begin with? The food was not tasty, quality has changed. On our last night, there was a terrible leak from the ceiling in the bathroom at 11:00pm and they had my children move to another room in the midst of resting. Because of this inconvenience, they offered to refund us the all-inclusive charge for two in the amount of $190. Do you honestly think this is a fair offer? I relented, but I honestly feel that we should have been refunded for a whole night’s stay since the move has disrupted their rest and had to do their packing in the middle of the night! At any rate, we will no longer stay at this resort if we ever go to Cabo again.

We are spending 4 relaxing nights at the Krystal Grand! So far, everything has been great! The staff is very friendly, the grounds well maintained, the food options are good and drinks have been great! Warning....don’t stay here if you are looking to party! It is quite a ways from Cabo town and there are no nightly shows.....but if you are looking for some R & R - this is your place! There are several pools, one with a swim up bar and it is a shorter ride from the airport. The sand on the beach is coarse, so bring sneakers if you like to walk on the beach.

This was my first all-inclusive trip and boy was it a great experience! The hotel grounds are beautiful, it is a family-friendly hotel but the atmosphere is so relaxed that you forget there are children around.
There are so many different things to do on the resort for everyone at all hours of the day--yoga, volleyball, kareoke,etc. The event coordinators Chris and (I forget the other ones name, whoops!) we're extremely friendly and engaging. We attended several of the scheduled events and had a great time at all of them.
All of the service staff was extremely friendly especially the bartenders and servers; Sergio at The Grill deserves his own special shout out! For being the only server at the entire restaurant when I went, he was AMAZING and truly cared about each and person he was tending to.
There are a lot of negative reviews on this establishment but please don't let them hinder you from seeing for yourself. My only complaints about the resort were some of the ants found in our room and also the giant fan outside some of the rooms--there needs to be a cover put up in front of some the rooms so you don't get sprayed by the nasty water each time you walk by. Other than that a great trip and I can't wait to return!!

I absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! I would rate 5 stars if not for the spa experience. The service was "excellenté". My favorite restaurants were THE GRILL where SERGIO provided the BEST customer service (he went out of his way to get a dish they didn't serve from another restaurant on the property for my boyfriend) and hands down the Japanese restaurant.

My only complaint is that the spa is grossly over priced for the services offered. The women didn't seem knowledgeable of their craft, the facility lacked regular spa amenities like a steam room and sauna, plus there was a slight odor...WAY OVERPRICED for not so good service. We paid $180, using the only 2 vouchers from the voucher book because they wouldn't allow you top apply all 4 at once, for a rub not massage and full body was 90% shoulders even after being redircted and she spoke perfect English.

Aside from that, very nice experience. We stayed in an Altitude Ocean Front room in building 2 and it was pretty awesome! Forgot to get pics before unpacking all of our junk. Lol!

Our family spent the first week of June At Krystal Grand Los Cabos. We had a great time! Beautiful grounds, pools and oceanfront location. Hats off to Aurillio at the Risotto Italian restaurant and Victor at The Grill, you can’t ask for better service. We would return in a heartbeat.
