Have stayed at dozens of Hampton's around the country. This is in the lower quarter.
Bad/Slow internet. Hard to get to location (at present). It's behind and looks part of the new Hospital, next to a PEMEX (gas) station. TV cut out several times. Mostly Mexican shows on TV. Our 2rm ste had a huge kitchen with NO utensils. Our room got very cold the first night and when the maintenance man arrived he said "we don't have heat". He put the A/C on vent and we survived.

Hotel was clean and looked new. Has underground parking. Has bar, but no restaurant. Would stay here again, as it much cheaper than the downtown hotels. And, it can only get better. It might just be "growing pains".

Dear guest, we are sorry we were not able to provide you with a better quality of service, your comments make us better, thank you for the opportunity to fix some of this problems during your stay. Our compromise is with our guests and we will always do our best, as an additional information Koral Plaza will feature retail, pharmacies, car rental, restaurants and much more in the near future and I know our location will we more attractive. Currently on sixth night of nine- thoroughly enjoying my choice & stay. It's our 1st visit to the area (4adults 1kid). I'd recommend without pause!!!

Staff members: eager to please, more than accommodating and always smiling. Here's a few choice names. Everyone is great and always refer/mentions me by name. Thank you all!!

Ale (concierge, booked two awesome adventures with her)
Fred (evening/night front desk agent) super agent
Brenda & Victoria (daytime front desk agent)
Peter (one of the cooks I believe)
The entire cleaning staff!! Thanks for the animal towels, nice touch!

Good-to-knows:
City bus from hotel, only 28 pesos one way($2.50us) vs taxi $40.00 one way. It's Safe and convenient. Part of any vacation is experiencing the culture, dive right into it via the public bus. Runs every 15mins & takes approximately 25mins, runs till late evening.

Beach is about 25mins away. However the
5th floor outdoor pool/hot tub will provide you all you need in between times. It's gorgeous.

Good Health club!

New property-developments are still taking place, the shops.. etc. completion expected second quarter of 2016. Full service, shuttle...etc is not in effect, but quality service certainly is! Nothing to be frightened of, just note it.

Rooms & Suites:
Great value, Insanely spacious, super clean, open, welcoming, high firm beds and celling to floor Windows. The bathrooms are beautifully designed and well appointed. The outlets are strategically-placed and available for all today's gadgets. This is the most luxurious Hampton I've stayed in (who knew that was a thing) - so awesome!

Breakfast:
Fulfilling and included- waffles, Eggs, meat, toast, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice!

Guest laundry available (5 bucks per load, includes, detergent and fabric softener, wash/dry)

What I'd like more of:
Vegetables on the menu!!
City shuttle service

The hotel is very clean, quiet and has a nice view from roof top pool the staff is super amazing. Negatives are that it's not right on the beach or all inclusive not to much to do within walking distance. I've chosen to stay here multiple times over the all inclusive places because the staff is amazing here, super courteous and they always go above and beyond. I'd like to show recognition to Fred and Yuddi hopefully I'll be back soon.

Room tip: rooms on the south side have an ocean view

New hotel with the most accommodating staff ever!! Wish the were a site down restaurant inside of the hotel. Location and price were very good. We rented a car which is a must as this is property's not beachside.My only gripe about the hotel is the a.c. never seemed to get quite cold enough as it was on some sort of timer.

Very friendly and clean. Convenient for our short stay.during an extra day of vacation. We look fprward to using it again when hopefully the property will be finished.Brenda and the rest of the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
