Our daughter Allex Matuszek was married to Kamil Matuszek at the Iron Kettle on January 4, 2020.
We stayed a few days in the rooms prior to the big day.
The gathering was small and intimate (25 people) , the theme: rustic, vintage "Winter Wonderland".
To call the venue 'perfect' is an understatement!
The overall vibe, history, décor and ambiance hit every proper note.
Plenty of room for everyone for the ceremony, dinner and yes, even a dance floor, which we proceeded to occupy all night!
Owner Benjamin is also the chef and prepared the incredible meal to perfection for their reception! Lamb chops and shrimp appetizers, Roasted chicken, braised short ribs, potato/corn chowder/homemade breads and home made mac and cheese especially for the bride...all made with locally sourced ingredients and ALL prepared in the next room.
We were told it was the BEST wedding our guests had ever attended!
Many of our guests also said they would return for a stay
just so they can enjoy more of the delectable breakfasts prepared by Chef Ben!
The rooms were perfect, comfy and homey!
If you're looking for a quaint overnight stay, a meeting, a shower, party...The Iron Kettle is the place.
Thank you to Benjamin and his wife Ginnette for an amazing experience!
