The Iron Kettle B&B has redefined the bed and breakfast! This historic house is a beautiful getaway and Chef Ben never disappoints. I couldn't possibly do his cooking justice except to say that he is second to none in my books. My husband and I have enjoyed their hospitality on multiple occasions but this stay included 4 girlfriends and I celebrating a dear friends birthday. My friends were all as taken with this gem as I have been for the past 2 years. All the way home they talked about "the next time". So thrilled that this amazing destination is part of the Essex county landscape!

Our daughter Allex Matuszek was married to Kamil Matuszek at the Iron Kettle on January 4, 2020.
We stayed a few days in the rooms prior to the big day.
The gathering was small and intimate (25 people) , the theme: rustic, vintage "Winter Wonderland".
To call the venue 'perfect' is an understatement!
The overall vibe, history, décor and ambiance hit every proper note.
Plenty of room for everyone for the ceremony, dinner and yes, even a dance floor, which we proceeded to occupy all night!
Owner Benjamin is also the chef and prepared the incredible meal to perfection for their reception! Lamb chops and shrimp appetizers, Roasted chicken, braised short ribs, potato/corn chowder/homemade breads and home made mac and cheese especially for the bride...all made with locally sourced ingredients and ALL prepared in the next room.
We were told it was the BEST wedding our guests had ever attended!
Many of our guests also said they would return for a stay
just so they can enjoy more of the delectable breakfasts prepared by Chef Ben!
The rooms were perfect, comfy and homey!
If you're looking for a quaint overnight stay, a meeting, a shower, party...The Iron Kettle is the place.
Thank you to Benjamin and his wife Ginnette for an amazing experience!

We stayed 1 night in Oct. i was amazed how beautiful this house is. There was a fire-ring outside. Our room on first floor was beautiful and clean. We asked for tea and coffee at night. We had beautiful teapot and cup, so cute. Breakfast is delicious. We chat with the owner who is so hardworking and smart. We love everything this Bed and Breakfast has to offer.

The Iron Kettle B&B was the perfect spot to spend our first night as a married couple. Ben and Ginette are always so friendly and it is such a pleasure to visit their beautiful B&B. The breakfast conversation is always my favourite, as well as the beautiful meal Ben prepares. 10 big thumbs up!

Besides the beautiful environment, Ben’s dinner was the spectacular surprise. His French training has certainly paid dividends and with access to wonderful products and meat, he can display his culinary talents with ease. He is able to harvest some of his own produce and make his own Maple Syrup. So lucky I have to be in Leamington this week!
