I'll startby saying that the steaks were amazing, probably one of the best I ever had. Bug thumbs up! The reast of the food was good but not extraordinary. I wish they had better salsas.
We went there on Dec 26 and the place was packed. Long story short, the restaurant was not ready to serve so many people. Here are some lowlights:
- we were sitted on a table for 6 when we were a party of 8.
- we had to request the menus because they never ofered them to us.
- we had to actually walk to the server to remind him we had requested salt/pepper several times and he kept forgetting to bring it.
- tripitas de leche were delivered to our table when we finished our meal. The waitress came seceral time to the table giving excuses as of why they were late but failed to deliver them on time. We took them home and were delicious but again, that's not what we wanted. We wanted to have them at the restaurant as part of our meal.
Our recommendation for the owners would be to hire extra staff and review procedures for days when demand is high. Look at this as an investment to avoid compromising quality for quantity.
Altough the steaks were amazing unfortunately we were unable to have a good experience because the service was poor.
