My husband and I have stayed at Paradise Village for the past 15 years and always have a very enjoyable time. The resort staff goes out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Che-Che and his Activities Team conduct a number of fun activities on-site and are very interactive with guests. Definitely a great place to vacation!

We truly were in Paradise. We exchanged into Paradise Village through Interval and after smooth flights and quick Customs and Immigrations we made it outside the airport and picked up our rental car. Check-in was a breeze even at 4PM. Room assignment was not the greatest, 2 bedroom, 1st floor corner facing away from the beach. This location proved to be more advantageous for going to the pool or for trips off the resort, no stairs or elevators. Rooms were very nice, not the greatest but more than we expected. We had planned on doing the All Inclusive meal plan for $89 p/p per day but opted not to after finding out about the drink ticket option. You can buy 10 drink tickets for $33 and use them anywhere on the resort, so we did the math and figured it was cheaper to eat al cart at the resort or off. And $3.30 a drink is a steal for a resort anywhere. We have too many favorite places we wanted to eat at anyway. We had the buffet for breakfast a couple times and it was reasonably priced and very good as buffets go. Most mornings we just walked over to the mall for breakfast. The first two mornings we had breakfast at the little restaurant on the ground floor just to right after entering. Nice inexpensive breakfast choices and great coffee. Try the Mexican or Tequila coffees, very tasty. Later in the week we went up to the Moonstar Restaurant and Pancake House and it was even better. Great service at both places. For lunch we just ordered pool/bar food and everything we had was good. We as a group are world class pool loungers and we excelled again this year. Paradise Village has several pools but the main two are the quiet pool and the Activities pool. We tried both but preferred the Activities pool. The quiet pool was kind of dead and the bar service was a little slower and the bottom was painted green so the water looked green. Kind of picky huh, but we like a clear blue pool. And with those 2 big gator slides, it was always packed with kids, big and little. So overall, it was another great week in Mexico. During the week we did the downtown thing, the annual trip to Cheeky Monkees for some great drinks for almost free, shopping and Tacos at the flea market by El Haurache Azteca and walking the Malecon. Spent the afternnon at one of the Beach Bars in Punta de Mita (Rocios?) . We had great suppers in Bucerias at Meson Bay and twice at our all-time favorite Miguel Angels as wel las the great street tacos between the church and the square. So another fast week in Mexico, we need to stay 2 weeks or figure out a way to slow the clock down. Overall rating for Paradise Village was again outstanding specifically for the service and location, location, location. Close to everything, downtown, airport, Bucerias and a bonus of having the Mall and Marina right next door. We would return anytime if given a chance. Thank You to the Staff at Paradise Village.

Traveled with my daughters, two of their friends and my mother. As you can imagine there was a diversity of what people were trying to accomplish on a seven day vacation. For me Paradise Village was just what I was looking for - resort on the beach with beautiful views. Give me that and I am happy. For the daughters they wanted to head over to PV proper and hit the nightclubs and Paradise Village is close enough to do this as well. The rooms were spacious but had a musty smell to them - I attributed this to the high humidity of the region. It was not overbearing but definitely noticeable. Everything else about the resort was A+ - from service to the many activities available to guests. Only other thing I would mark them down on would be the lack of WIFI in the rooms. You had access on the beaches and in the main lobby and seems like they would extend the access to all rooms. In the rooms you have access via an ethernet cable which is great if you brought a laptop, I did, but not so great if you have a tablet without the proper ports to secure a connection.

We have a time share and vacation there every year in either February or May. There usually is quite a crew of us and year after year each of us are always remembered by the resort's awesome staff. It is like being welcomed home! We spend quite a few days around the pool and always look forward to the activities staff and the different activities they offer. Our lazy days spent at the pool just would not be the same without them. From the Sundance to tequila volleyball to bingo we enjoy and join in them all. Comedy and casino nights were so entertaining as well as the theme nights. I wouldnt change a thing we look forward to it all year after year. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!!

For half a dozen years we have been visiting Paradise Village and the environs. We love it so much we invested in Playa Royale, the ownership condos that are part of "the village". We only wish we could be there all the time.
