We wanted to do an outdoor activity as a group and came across this excursion. We didn’t know how to play or what to expect. After a quick explanation of the rules and playing for two hours we left feeling great and new fans of Pickleball and Tres Palapas. Oh did I mention there is a restaurant and roof top bar? Thank you for such good hospitality.

If you like Pickleball or would like to try it, this is the place. From beginner to professional there is a place for you to have fun, get in some challenging games and then relax at the court side Bistro with a beer and great food or retire to the rooftop bar and watch the action below while you sip a cool brew and look out over the palm trees to the Sea of Cortez. Come for a half price afternoon session and stay for a wonderful meal at one of the top restaurants in the Baja right on site. Take a bike tour of the arroyos or local trails with a bike rental and guided tour available onsite. Get a massage, take a salsa lesson, set up or join in on private or group Pickleball lessons at all levels of play.

I go for the exercise, the best social atmosphere in the Baja and some some great Pickleball. This is a destination not to be missed. You will meet many of the 1800 expats that call, this wonderland home. You will come to know some of the 2200 mexican residents on and off the courts and experience small town Baja California with big time fun and hospitality.
Los Barriles is known for wind sports of all kinds, some of the best kite boarding in the world, shore and deep sea fishing, hiking, trail riding and now world class Pickleball.

Pickleball at its finest, in a world-class, family-friendly, day resort in charming Los Barriles! Beautiful courts, friendly people, fantastic food (thanks to Lawrence the creative chef), and much more. Happy Hour at La Pin Chi Bar, overlooking the Sea of Cortez on one side, and the exhibition courts on the other -- add gourmet munchies and you're already Happy! I enjoyed the smoothies and fresh-roasted coffee in the morning and the availability of organic produce for take-out. On-site is also a Tour Guide and bike rental shop, as well as other activities. Can't wait to go again!
