No mobile phone signal and difficult single-tracked narrow lanes to reach the village are negatives.
Positives are a well-equipped and comfortable cottage with helpful owners next door and a village full of very nice and friendly people.
The nearest shops are at least thirty minutes away by car and if (as it did for us) the telephone line in the cottage is down, you have no Wi-Fi or means of communicating with the outside world.

We have just returned from two weeks in this very comfortable & thoughtfully equipped cottage which benefits from a lovely private terrace garden. Located in a beautiful part of the South Hams within easy reach of Dartmouth & Totnes together with many good pub restaurants locally. An excellent welcome pack was provided by the warm & friendly owners who have made Pridhams one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in.
Owners who live adjacent very helpful and friendly, large open plan room upstairs tasteful.
Bathroom and two bedrooms downstairs. Lots of little thoughtful touches, to make you feel welcome.
Road into and out of Cornworthy quite narrow with passing places. Approximately 4 miles from main road.
