We stayed in the 2 bedroom it was perfect for the family, room and beds are clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful hotel located right in the heart of Banff. Views are beautiful, staff and restaurant downstairs are awesome!! Would stay again.

Really loved this hotel. Fantastic location with a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town. The hotel has a cosy atmosphere with a lovely fire and sofas in the reception area. Bedroom was clean and had everything we needed. We were also given free bus pass when asked about going up to the Banff gondola. Lovely outside pool area with fire pits as well. The only downside was service at breakfast but he restaurant is out sourced and not actually part of the hotel. Would defiantly recommend anyone to stay here and would go back tomorrow.

Newest hotel in area due to strict building regulations in national park. Great stay. Rooftop hot tubs, nice suite rooms, service was good. Location was good- on the Main Street but down on the end so a little more quiet but close walk to busy areas. No complaints.

I've stayed at the Moose 5 to 6 times since it's opened last summer, and I'll never go anywhere else.

When considering location, staff, amenities, cleanliness and comfort, this place cannot be beat.

I've been professionally and personally and no matter what the reason for your travel, this should be your number 1 choice to stay!

Room tip: The top floor suites are the way to go!
