I chose the place spontaneously and got a fair rate for a Superior One Bedroom Suite.
Service at the reception was friendly but slow, same when checking out next day.
The lobby is nicely designed with a large fireplace and lounge area. The restaurant and bar (didn't try) are openly designed and create a vivid but not too loud atmosphere.
The Superior One Bedroom Suite looks like the photos on the website. Appropriate in size the rooms and bathroom are tidy and clean. Fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere, balcony easily fits two chairs. A kitchenette provides amenities for caring for yourself.
The roof top hot tub is a cool place to hang out and relax. I used it at night (open until 11 pm) and enjoyed it very much.
Overall a great hotel experience and a strong recommendation for Banff.More
