We stayed in a ground floor apartment, junior suite! Upon entering we were very disappointed with the feel of the room. The floor had seen better days, every surface was knocked about, the beds seemed tiny. The room it seems had been design to be very hard wearing to withstand guests who they assumed were not going to treat it well. The appearance of the room looked unkempt, however bedding was clean and bathroom was tidy. First impressions colour your view on the appearance of cleanliness, house keeping visited each day and I have no issues with them.
Wi-Fi was strong. The apartment was always warm and warmed up very quickly once we had turned the fire on.
It is situated just outside Banff which kept it nice a quiet at night, easy drive into Banff. A shuttle bus is available, but we didn't use it

A nice lodging hotel located just outside of Banff. Beautoful views surrounding the resort. the room has everything needed including fridge, microwave, coffee maker, among other things to make your stay a good one.

As previous reviewers have mentioned, this place is definitely in need of a major refurbishment. Due to booking our holiday only 8 weeks prior, we were limited for choice when wanting to stay in Banff for 10 nights - the BRMR seemed the best of a limited selection unless we wanted to pay top dollar at the Fairmont. However, we paid just under AU$4,000 for a 1 bedroom Condo but did not consider it value for money. The room was quite gloomy, not as bright as it looks in the photos and had tired, old furniture. And four large wolf prints in a small condo was a bit overwhelming! There was a fair amount of dust in the bedroom and bathroom and a brown stained toilet pan was not a welcome sight! But I guess the housekeeping staff, who did their best each day, are not paid enough to give it the major clean it needs. The staff at Reception were friendly and helpful and we used the shuttle bus a couple of times but were glad we had the use of a car at other times as the first shuttle bus into town doesn't leave until 11am. On the plus side it was nice to be at the back of the 'resort' near the woods and away from the hustle and bustle of town. Not likely to stay there again in its present state.

A friend and I stayed here for 4 nights in September in the 1 bedroom Wolf Unit. Cosy living room and bedroom (tricky to find space for our luggage!) but well sized bathroom. We wanted to cook our own meals. There are some cooking utensils to cook simple meals. We had to call and ask for frying pans but they obliged us with this. The TV wasn't working properly. Everytime we switched it on we had to wait 10 minutes (as advised by staff) for the remote control to start working which was a nuisance. We would have liked to have known this was a long term issue from the start. There is a fireplace in the suite but you have to pay for firewood. Gym has some simple equipment to do a work out in. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Overall, good value for money as this was one of the cheaper options we could find in Banff.

Room Tip: Pay a little extra for a larger suite as the smaller units are very small.

Hotel room was adequate and of a good size, needs a bit of a refurb. But we only stayed a couple of night, so was fine. Lovely area. Staff in the restaurant were lovely and very helpful. Room equipped with large TV and also a microwave.

Room Tip: We had a hire car. But there were shuttle busses into town regularly.
