Staff were very caring regarding concerns of the horribly smelling room we had but were not able to move us. The area is beautiful, great scenery and walking trails. Awesome pool area with great views.
Free shuttle to town was great and we walked back to the hotel.
I don't at all recommend rooms located down the stairways so ask about that before booking. It's nice to walk out to the green space but the smell and the darkness were just terrible.

We stayed here in January when the snow was coming down like crazy and the weather was cold. We stayed in a 1 bedroom loft suite backing onto the valley. The overall condition of the suite was good. Obviously this hotel is not new so there were some items in need of repair and upkeep but for our needs everything was adequate. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The wood burning fireplace was lovely addition on the cold nights. The kitchen had good supplies for cooking meals in suite which we enjoyed. The ability to park underground was great! If you are a light sleeper the train horns go off every hour which might disturb your sleep. The outdoor hot tub and sauna are lovely for after a day of skiing. If you do want to head downtown you can walk, drive or take the bus. We love the location and being in the woods.

Recently stayed in a 2 bedroom loft suite and paid $1165 for two nights. The room was dirty (splatters on the walls and pictures, empty beer cans and old chicken wing bones behind the couch), water stains on the ceiling. It was -30 C and the unit was freezing. Only one vent pumping heat on all three levels. The staff provided us with 3 space heaters, but we could not use without blowing fuses. After the third time calling the front desk to reset the fuse, we gave up and went out to find warmth. Staff was very friendly but this did not compensate for the poor quality of this over priced room. Also no fitness facility onsite, and shower faucet falling out of wall. Limited parking availability.

Room tip: Needs a complete overhaul before I would recommend anyone stay here.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay with our fur kids, at this beautiful pet friendly resort. Beautiful location, easy walk/drive to town, nicely appointed, comfortable rooms with a kitchenette, and a lovely outdoor hot pool. Staff were friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back!!

This place is the perfect combination of price, amenities, and location! Rooms are affordable, relatively spacious, and have some great amenities for the price—patio, fireplace (free matches, wood, and kindling), and a kitchenette with all you’ll need for basic cooking. The rooms are a little dated and show some wear & tear, but nothing major. It is located a few minutes uphill from town with plenty of parking, a bus stop nearby, or a sidewalk all the way up the hill. The rooms and patios have some decent views, as well.

The resort also has laundry facilities, hot tub/pool, and free snow cleat/crampon rentals. They are really nice crampons, but one of the cables broke on mine at the end of my hike. The staff and manager were awesome with handling it. They were always super polite and friendly.
